Im a new patient and I have been there just couple times...THE RECEPTIONIST AND MANAGER HAVE THE MOST HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .. the Very first time I went, they said they cannot see me because they cannot verify my insurance.. I had my card with me and I have and HMO!!, well just left, few days ago i call again to schedule a new app.. i got there and handed my card again to the receptionest, after my app was confirmed previously, she just told me "Oh no, you dont have an appoiment with us".. and handed the card back to me...I ask for the manager she gaveme the same actitud RUDE!!!...she told me "well we dont even schedule app for new pt at this time, but we can see you, but we wont do anithing but X-rays and check up"....PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE, TRUST ME.. ANITHING ELSE WILL BE BETTER!!!! they just try to get money out your pocket selling their products and dont have the minimal sense about how to treat people....

Absolutely the worst! They treat your mouth like a gold mine. They wanted to redo work that was barely a year old from other places. I noticed when I was sitting in the chair that on the screen in the patient area, they have my name and credit score. My credit is above average and once they saw that they wanted a total mouth renovation. She started quoting all kinds of procedures and work I need done and showed me how it would cost over 10k but with my insurance I could get it done for only 1500. I fell for it last spring and had two route canals and crowns done. It cost over 1000 with my insurance and it took 8 visits. 8 VISITS! They kept saying they would be finished the next trip. You wait for hours here with no apologies. Most dentists I have dealt with will call when they are backed up or let me know when I check in. These folks told me they would be right with me... hour after hour. I will not be back

This is the worst office my mom came in here and she is getting a implant done she first was getting done in payments it when I realized she was getting charge extra for that I told Eric the one that explained to us the treatment why did he never mention this hes said o I thought u knew how would we know if it was the first time getting treatment done so I said know and we paid with care credit . So like 3 weeks later my mom notice that she still got charge $179 on her card for the treatment that she had already paid and we went to tell them and Eric was so rude and disrespectful to my mom he said that he will fix it and she will get her money back in 3 -5 days and its been over a month half and nothing and we been trying to locate him to talk to him and for him to fix the issue and hes been hiding

I called the main office to schedule an appointment. I got one made the same day at this location. Had to walk there. When I went in, they said they didnt have my appointment in the system and had to get it rescheduled. It was like 6 hours later so it wasnt like just made or something. An hour ago I received an email apologizing for that saying it was scheduled for today and apologized for inconvenience just because didnt have at that appointment set at that location.... No wonder this place gets negative reviews.total waste of my time going there and have to walk back home still in pain. you guys need to get it together. If I could give this no stars I would dont even deserve to get as much as one full star... Thanks for nothing....

Theeeeee most horrific experience I have ever had IN MY LIFE!!!!! starting with the receptionist VIVIANA!!!!! just horrible. My face was already swollen!!!! The sister company Western Dental sent me to them, for a second diagnosis. She didnt want to order the x-rays from the other Western Dental office from just YESTERDAY!!!! then she told me I had to pay out of my pocket....then changed the price to a higher one in the blink of an eye. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me that they couldnt do anything for me anyway, because she cant verify with my insurance which happens to be an excellent insurance company. I WILL NEVER EVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER WESTERN DENTAL AS LONG AS I AM BLACK!!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would .. The staff dont know what they doing I gave my insurance twice before going in yes I was a new patient.. After an hour of waiting the lady told me I was not gonna be seen today because my insurance is close .. I explain to her that I been waiting for an hour and I have gave my insurance info twice .. There was no reason for them to allow a patient to walk out.. First time patients get a free exam .. This will be reported to the service department..

Worst experience ever. I had an extraction there and the dentist was awful. He didnt numb the gums with gel to get the shots. He lost my lip ring found half after putting my gause. And aside from that when he was pulling my tooth he pinched and pulled my lip. Also when he was loseningy tooth he scrapped my other teeth/gums. I hate this doctor. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I rather go through labor that go through this again.

This place is the absolute worst!!! The front desk clerks are clueless and their customer service skills are horrible. They have attitudes early in the morning, really?? You just got to work. They also want to run you down an entire list of things you SHOULD HAVE done rather than talking to you about whats needed and half the time covered by your insurance. This place is money hungry and rude and I will not be returning!!!!

This place is completely unorganized! 1 1/2 hour wait, then another 30mins in a room for a regular checkup/cleaning for my son. Total of 2 hours just sitting around, sorry I donthave time far that. WE WALKED OUT, If I can give them a 0 starts I would. This is the last time I come here. I dont recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to come and waste your time!

Horrible they have no consideration for you horrible customer service , hang up in my face tried to tell me I needed 200 to get my braces removed and I have insurance then switched and said I dont have to pay anymore. Arguing on my phone with me and it seems as though they are racist. In my opinion they treat you like garbage and do things with a attitude.

Worst western dental ever!!!! From the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between is super rude!!!! And yo top it off I paid cash for them to do a root canal and a crown and in the process they messed up another molar and didnt want to take no responsibility at all!!!! I hate this place!!!! Dont waste your time or money going here!!!!

Just like everyone saying waited over an hour and a half when I had an appointment. Eventually ended up walking out the door. Another lady and waited 3 hours and they still didnt have the oral surgeon there that she requested when she made an appointment.
