I was referred here by someone, and thought ok well try it. I have 5 members in my family and customer service is EVERYTHING to me. At first glance all seemed ok they talked a good game. I sat down for over an hour with Carrie "treatment planner" aka my guess an inexperienced office worker who needed a job. Scheduled appointments and what was to be done at each appointment for 5 people and the cost. Exhausting but in my head worth it so I didnt have to keep doing it over and over, and I didnt need to be there for each family members appointment. There was a plan to be followed. Well I may have well used that hour to something useful because, the planning wasnt followed as promised. And when it messed up how my ins was paid out, the professional answer I got from Carrie was, when it gets busy we cant do our jobs! And by the way she was crying (yes tears) on the phone whining about how "she feels bad", and how she cant help that the other desk people are incompetent! Are you kidding me! Sorry does nothing for me when I have to pay for YOUR mistake! Crying really grow up! Be a professional! The office manager, Rose, is another one when you question her, another uneducated "office worker" she has no follow through and has no idea what to do. Asked Rose to send me an itemized bill because I was getting bills in the mail with no information but amount due. By the way we paid at every visit. The itemized bill never came?! The owners wont talk to you because they hide behind their poor staff. Jessica from billing shes a hoot another bimbo, call her in the morning 9:30 am, shes on another line ok....leave my name and number calls back 4:30pm on a friday, 2 days later, I was leaving worked missed the call called back less than 5 mins later when I noticed the missed call shes gone for that day. Leave another message she doesnt call me back I call her...When I finally talk to her, ask about why nothing is itemized she states, like a robot, I dont know I just need to collect the payments. But she will give a message to someone if I want a call back...ha ha ha ha Really??!! YOUR on the phone now! Like the rest when you tell her how poor the treatment of the customer has been her response is we know we are trying to currently make changes now, of the people that are the problem. I hope shes one of them. I told her YOU should start now with me the customer you have on the phone. No help, poor customer service, BAD management! They are pathetic! Well see if I get my itemized bill ever. What are they hiding? If you see this place RUN!!!!

I had Braces put on my daughter at Spring Dental, and two years later, they said it was time to remove them, so we did. Low and Behold, her back molers were grown out sidways. I went back to Spring Dental and brought this to there attention, and Jim the owner/manager told me " No problem we will take care of it". when we started the procedure of putting them back on, they told us that we need to pay 4000.00 AGIAN. I will never go back to that place again. I have complained to the Dental Assoc. And to the state board. Jim is very very nice and compliant, he will make you belive whatever he tells you. DO NOT TRUST HIM. And im not the only one.

Spring Street Dental has been serving the Los Altos area of Long Beach for many years. The Dentists are a true credit to their profession and the office staff is simply wonderful to work with. Prior to any procedures, all options are discussed to fit the needs both physically and financially of the patient. I have never had an issue with any of the services performed there. I would highly recommend Spring Street Dental as they have truly earned my business. As for pricing - very reasonable - they also offer a plan for low income and uninsured.

Love the staff! Friendly helpful, kind ! Erlinda is a very gentle hygentist! Dr Torres is so efficient and really explains things. Also equipment is new and really modern!
