I found this dental office to be professional, friendly and efficient. Dr. Cheng was thorough with my evaluation and took time to explain any recommendations that he had. Jan, the hygienist took care of my cleaning without causing me bleeding as other hygienist have done so it the past. She was supportive of my care and offered a suggestion to improve my hygiene. Ben was excellent and friendly while taking my xrays. Melinda, the front office gal who keeps everything running smoothing, was friendly, helpful and professional. Overall, I found everything to be satisfactory including the wonderful pictures of significant icons from around the world. I also appreciated the fact that as a 53" woman, the dental chair fit my stature and was quite comfortable. Beach Plaza Dental is the most user friendly dentist weve ever encountered. My husband and I met Dr. Cheng about ten years ago, and for the first time in our lives, we actually look forward to our dental appointments. Dr. Cheng has done an outstanding job of creating a welcoming environment and selecting highly professional staffers who serve each client with the utmost care and respect. He has gone out of his way to help us when we have had unexpected dental problems; even apart from the normal work day hours. Our decision to select Dr. Cheng as our dentist is one of the best decisions in our life. We know we can always trust his recommendations and rely on his highly skilled work. Beach Plaza Dental is tops in our book!

There is no better Dentist than Beach Plaza! Melinda is always friendly, courteous and efficient. Jan, my dental hygenist, is always cheerful, friendly, efficient and painless. Dr. Cheng is the most pain free dentist I have ever known. When he gives injections, rather than jam the needle in, he takes the time to slowly deaden the injection site. Being retired and living on a fixed budget, I have found that he is very considerate about not performing work that does not need to be done. I give Beach Dental my highest recommendation without reservation!

Going to the dentist is still a little scary for most of us, but the staff at Beach Plaza Dental makes it so easy and so pleasant. Dr Cheng keeps current with the very latest research and practice, and his work is excellent — and absolutely painless. His staff, too, are all skilled, professional, efficient, and genuinely nice. My visit at Beach Plaza Dental was, like always, the best. I have a tooth ache so I want to get it taken care of as quick as possible. I called Monday and I got an appointment to see Dr. Cheng Tuesday, the next day. Malinda is the best receptionist, she make you feel welcome the moment you arrive. This office is amazing! I always get right in, at my appointment time and the entire staff is very attentive! Dr. Chang is so gentle and I literally felt no pain while he did a crown & some fillings for me. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chang and his entire staff!
