As always, the entire staff were wonderful and pleasant to work with. Great attention to detail and solid explanation about my new retainers. Plus, they fit like a charm thanks to Idas expertise during the scanning process. Special thanks for Doctors Bateman and Coriaty. Their support and expertise were of great comfort in the successful completion of my Invisalign braces. Plus, I love my new smile and whitening products. Again, thanks for everyones efforts, including Mimi, Jenny, and Nina for coordinating my visits and aftercare.

Just moved to Long Beach about 8 months ago and realized it was finally time to go to the dentist. Ive had some pretty awful experiences with dentists in the past but saw that Los Altos had good reviews here and on Yelp, so I went with it. Had a great experience. I am always looking for a dentist that explains things at my level and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. They certainly did that. I will be back!

The other review, though it might have sounded like a paid one, likely wasnt - these guys are actually great at their job. Going to the dentist is never particularly enjoyable, but its far less awful here than a lot of places Ive been. Theyre usually roughly on time, never try to hurry you in and out quicker than they should, try not to cause unnecessary pain, etc.

I had a dental emergency just before a holiday weekend and Dr. Bonnie Bateman Ganz was able to meet me in her office in the evening and get my mouth back in order. Most dentist would put you off , but Dr. Bonnie Bateman Ganz puts her patients first.

The BEST dentist I have had so far. Friendly staff who are very professional and caring. They wouldnt force you to buy any cosmetic products like others I have experienced. They even cared for me when I lost my insurance. Theyre simply The Best!!!
