Because I am battling stage four prostrate cancer I have sought out the services of a holistic dentist because I know good health begins in the mouth. When I met Bob I could tell right away that he actually cared about me and my oral health. I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable about his calling in life. In fact I just knew that he is as good at what he does as I am at what I do. I felt like I was with an old friend and not someone that I had just met. He thoroughly explained what he found out about my mouths status and educated me as to options and procedures available. I asked a lot of questions and tirelessly he answered each question with out any hesitancy. He was a powerhouse of information! To my amazement his staff was equally knowledgeable. I was informed of every step they performed and made to understand the how and why of it. As for the pricing and such my wife and I were fully informed of all costs up front. The cost were well within reason in my opinion, a rare thing these days. The patient is kept in the "inside loop" and allowed to participate in the treatment process as well as formulating a treatment plan. But the best part is the wonderful "Family atmosphere" between all staff and patients that I have gotten to observe. Folks this is a practice that in this day and age is like a breath of fresh air in our southern California jaded atmosphere. They really do care all about our oral health and education about it. Do yourself a big favor and check out this oasis of dental care, you will not be disappointed in the least. Oh ya...the offices are well maintained and the main waiting room decor is fantastic with a tropical fish tank in one wall that is impossibly clean. I especially like the living room couch. There is a puffer fish with blue eyes that is very friendly and greets us when ever we come up to the fish tank. Did I say that the Doctor and staff are wonderful people who love people? What are you waiting for get on over there and say, "David Sloane" sent me." You will thank me for sure :-)

I paid Dr McBride a lot of money for consultation and a hoped that he would help me remove toxic metals and root canals from my mouth. He declined to even entertain the idea of removing my 11-year-old cap (over some dubious-looking silver metal) because my tooth had 3 roots and he basically called me a liar when I told him that the gum surface near that tooth got infected every 3 months or so. He said he didnt see any infection on my root canals after super-radiating my mouth to get tons of expensive xrays. He patted me on the head, took my money and asked if I would like to buy an idiotic mouth guard that may temporarily help my jaw joints rest when I sleep. No, I want a biological dentist to remove toxins from my mouth. Thanks for the unneccesary radiation - I feel so much healthier for knowing you. I am now having to chelate mercury without removing the metal from under that crown. So frustrating. I wish I knew where I could find a real holistic dentist.

This is a fabulous place to get the right work done on your teeth. Lots of dentists can fix you... in the moment and then a few years later or a few after that, their work needs to be re-done because it was substandard to begin with. At this place, nothing is below board. It is the smoothest running machine with a totally dynamic and supportive staff. They really care about you and getting you the best dental care you can get anywhere. Plus, theyre attentive to health and safety, and know the truth about mercury and how to remove those nasty leaking health destroying amalgams with the least amount of discomfort on your part. Its expensive, but its done right the first time! Thats a big plus. The Doc is incredible and his staff make a home one wants to return to again and again when the mouth needs to be attended to!

Dr. McBride has one of the most thorough patient evaluations Ive ever been do. In my search for a holistic dentist I bounced around from dentist to dentist until I found Dr. McBride. His in depth evaluation combined with education about each aspect, the pros and cons, alternatives had me understanding exactly what was going on with my oral health, options to address it and the pros and cons of each. Highly recommended!

I love the holistic approach of Dr. McBride. Because of his expertise, he was able to save me from having a root canal. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming to my 3 children as well. They give advice on nutrition and healthy practices rather than just drilling and filling. I highly recommend this dental office.

‎2 giant mercury fillings OUT. 4 smaller to go. So happy to have found a dentist I trust with this serious procedure. I actually sat in Dr. McBrides chair during this visit feeling no fear or worry, just gratitude for having found such a competent dentist - whens the last time someone said THAT about a dentist visit??

I wish I had known him when I was younger. All the suffering I went through because of a fundamentally crooked jaw|teeth structure would have been unnecessary. But like they say, "Alls well that ends well" I am now working with Dr. McBride to get the smile I deserve - and the radiant health that goes with it.
