Im always on Go~ Go ~Go with life and work. Sometimes its hard to stop and make time for yourself. Ive learned from Dr Cardenas that we must take care of our body. We are like an engine, and we need oil. Definitely true. Im so thankful that I found this office, as I was once a skeptic. I highly recommend this place. He is the best chiropractor I think I have ever seen. He is the fourth chiropractor that I have seen in my life and he is my favorite!! He is super knowledgeable, uses good instruments to show the patients the problem, and works hard to correct the problem. He has also seen both of my kids ages 3 & 20 months. He was great with them and his amazing staff helps entertain them when I am the patient.
