Please ignore the previous review that has nothing to do with Dr. Zivitz! As a physician myself I have constantly been impressed with Dr. Zivitzs care of our daughter. She is thorough and kind; and every urgent care visit weve made (yes there IS this capability unlike what the previous review suggests) she has called the following morning first thing unprompted to check in with us. I know she doesnt always have openings, but I recommend her and her practice to anyone who asks.

Extremely rude staff. My 10 month old daughter had a high fever for 3 days. The receptionist would not let us make an appointment to see the doctor because "shes not accepting any new patients". Thats all she would repeat. The alternative is to go to the emergency room. This is why insurance rates are so high, because situations like this, we are forced to go to the emergency room where a regular pediatrician would have been cheaper for the system and better!

Dr Zivitz is fantastic and very friendly to our two boys. She has been our pediatrician for last 4 years and we have been very impressed with dr Zivitz.
