Had a good experience until my bill came. I called before I even scheduled our appointments to verify they took my insurance and they said yes. After having mine and my two kids appointments I find out that theyre not "in network" and my insurance will only cover 80% of my cleanings. After they informed me of this they didnt fix the bill for their mistake. Im pretty upset. Feels like a bait and switch scenario.

My husband had his dentures made here and his teeth pulled. Dr Anderson of Twin City is wonderful. Smart and Listens. The receptionists are kind and are really concerned about any pain you may have. We also have our child and grandchild going to Twin City Dental. They are absolutely great with kids. Super gentle Hygentist and they always have a prize box for the kids at the end.

Twin City Dental is the best. Our 7 & 8 year olds have been patients since they were a year old. The staff is very friendly and have made it a great experience for them all the way around. Over the past three months I required a crown on one occasion and smoothing of a rough edge filling on another. On both occasions Dr. Anderson did a superlative job in caring for me. In April I had a very old filling (not done by TC Dental) on the back side of a top front tooth fall out. Was quite jagged. Dr. Millard did the replacement and it is now as smooth as baby skin. Went home and had lunch. Very pleased with the work.
