I have been going to Dr.greenfield since I was little girl I always thought he was a wonderful doctor and great with me and my brother and now my son. After going to Dr.Greenfields office after 15+ years I am very upset and disappointed in the Costumer service I received. I put my sons health in this teams hands, and I regret it! My son had a temperature of 102.5 for 2 days straight and wouldnt eat. I had spoke with a consultant nurse after hours and told me I needed to have him seen in the morning this is difficult situation for me since I am a single mother and work full time luckily my boss let me off to take him to see the doctor. I showed up for my appointment and had discovered my sons insurance had been cut off from the state I had no clue never received a notice. I asked the receptionist if I could just be billed for the appointment she told me no I would have to pay $116 up front. She had no concern of my sons health didnt recommend any where else I could take him just that if I didnt have the money I couldnt be seen. After this visit at Dr. Greenfields office it will be my last!

As of January 1, 2010 they no longer accept the same insurance that they used to. They just turned away my little girl, they didnt even offer to see her if we paid out of pocket (I probably would have, too). I will not be returning there for any reason and I will no longer recomend that office. The worst part of it was that they let me make the appointment, knowing what kind of insurance we have, and let me waste time and gas just to be told I have to call the phone number on my insurance card to find out what doctors take that insurance. REALLY? Like I didnt already know to do that... as of 10 days ago that office was ON that list. I am so dissapointed.

Weve been seeing Dr. Malia Cranmer since my son was born in 2012, and still drive up to see her, even after we moved to NE Tacoma in 2014. My son, my husband and myself all think she is terrific so we have stuck with her. The staff is always friendly but always extremely busy, both when in the office or trying to call. Given the nature of pediatrics that is to be expected, but more and more it seems they are understaffed. But for us, Dr. Cranmer is worth both the drive and the wait/occasional hassle.

The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, but every visit turns into a 25+ min. wait after my appointment time. If youre waiting and people who come in after you get seen before you it can become very frustrating, especially with an infant. Wish I knew why it always took so long.

Dr. Greenfield has been quite wonderful. Very knowledgeable and great bedside manner. The other pediatricians who have backed him up have been great as well.
