DO NOT GO HERE. Rude and unhelpful staff and horrible office communication. Such a stressful experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Browns for about ten years. I was transferred to being a patient of Dr. Graven/Dr. Brommage with no notification what-so-ever. I loved Dr. Brown and never had any issues with her. Dr. Brommage seemed awesome for the one visit I saw her. I would just like to say the communication and customer service at this office is absolutely awful! I have never been so upset with an office. Matters concerning obgyn are very personal, and can be very stressful. Having trust in your doctor and the office is something that is very important to me, as I am sure most women feel. Recently, I had some issues with my annual exam and they recommended that I do a "minor" procedure, of which I was basically not given an option to do but was told was preventative? I was trusting of the doctor and decided it was best to do what they told me. I was forced to leave work for this procedure multiple times because of their availability and as I had to come back exactly a week after each appointment. I had to wait more than 50 minutes for the first appointment! At least 10 minutes in the waiting room and then 40 once I was finally in the room and waiting for the doctor!! The doctor came in very rushed and the "procedure" only took the doctor 5 minutes at most and then she left the room quickly. The nurse was very apologetic, and I appreciate that, but that does not help the situation at all. The doctor told me I had to come back in the office for a follow up just to talk with her? (which costs $40 for a co-pay). I was never given a reason why this couldnt happen over the phone. About two months after all the appointments for this procedure had passed I received a bill from the pathology lab Dr. Gravens office uses for $600!!!! Then I received several bills from Dr. Gravens office, all for different amounts, and the procedure ended up costing an additional $550 outside of the pathology bill! This procedure cost me more than $1,000 and I was never told anything was being sent to the pathology lab or that there was any fee associated with this "procedure" I was told I must do. This procedure, I came to learn, was optional and only preventative. I had to follow up multiple times with the office regarding my bill, and the fact that I was disputing it for never being informed of any fee that was associated with this or that they would be billing my insurance MULTIPLE TIMES for this procedure. They were extremely unhelpful on the phone and had zero follow up when I would call. While trying to get a hold of the office to sort out my bill I was told twice that the "office manager" (I believe Kimberly). Was supposed to call me back and she never called me back- EVER. I finally spoke with her- when I had to call, AGAIN, to see why I hadnt heard from anyone. Kimberly was extremely rude to me on the phone, acted like she had no idea she was supposed to talk to me, or that any of this situation was happening, which was SUPER FRUTRATING. She was very condescending and rude when talking to me on the phone. As a solution to my problem, she told me that in the future she would be sure the workers in the back discussed fees with patients and that I should have been more proactive with looking into my insurance (thanks mom???) I would in insurance at a dental office and am very aware how it works. I am very un-happily paying for my entire bill of more than $1000, with no discount or courtesy for all this inconvenience, to avoid being sent to collections, which is what I got threatened with via mail and then when speaking with Kimberly on the phone- thanks for all your help by the way! Bottom line here, is this office has HORRIBLE communication, service, and has no concern for their patients. I have decided not to go back to this office after this awful situation. Meanwhile, I am in the middle of being treated for an issue and the doctor has no concern, or interest in my well-being.

Dr. Graven is still a nightmare to me, I cannot even give her a score because she does not deserve one. She delivered my first daughter via emergency c-section at LG Community Hospital in July 2003. She did not even bother to empty my bladder before I started pushing, prior to this she had me drinking lots of water. Her negligence has caused me to have numerous bladder infections after my baby, my bladder has never been the same. She lost track of us while we were there, we ended up being there for 5 days and we were relocated by the staff. Dr. Graven thought we checked out, we had the staff call her, then she sent Dr. Totman. Thank goodness Dr. Totman has feelings, she was helpful and caring. I came home with a catheter for 7 days after my c-section, during the 7 days, I had a blood clot and had to rush back into the ER at LG Community. She saw me twice for my entire pregnancy, I was seen by Erica Brown, her PA. Erica should be receiving the insurance money that was paid to these doctors. She made some racial comments about Asian women having big babies and my mother-in-law heard it from the delivery room. Apparently she does not have any manners or professionalism because did they not teach in medical school. If she were a good doctor, she could have known my baby was too big for me to have a vaginal delivery. Thanks to Dr. Graven, having our first baby was such a traumatizing experience. This should have been a lawsuit, she should lose her license, she does not care and its not surprising to see others writing about her "not being there for the patients." She is not friendly, she is not caring, she is in the wrong business. She is not there...Ive never had a bladder infection in my 29 years of life until the catheter was on me for 7 days. When I have a bladder infection, which happens 2-3 times per year, I think of her cruelty and malpractice. She is not a doctor...
