I would NOT recommend going to this clinic unless you want to wait an hour past your appointment time and receive rude service at the front desk! I was a "new" patient this morning which apparently put me at a huge disadvantage from the get go. I arrived 15 minutes early for my check in time @ 8:30am. I filled out my paperwork and sat down to wait. Tick-Tock, Tick-Tock! 6 women came in while I was waiting and ALL were seen by the SAME dr. that I had my appt. with BEFORE me! When I went to the front desk @ 9:20am to inquire as to why these women were being seem before me when they had clearly come after me I was brushed off and told that I was a new patient and they were only scheduled for 10 minute appts. I dont see how this affects my being seen in a timely manner...all they had to do was put me in a room and let the other women be seen for their 10 minute appts. AFTER me! The receptionsist did not care that I had been waiting for over an hour and acted like I was the crazy one for being annoyed with the wait time. She could not tell me how much longer I would have to wait either so I got my copay refunded and my paperwork back and left....never to return to such a non caring clinic again! Oh, I forgot to mention that as I was waiting I overheard the receptionist talking to a nurse and they were saying how they were double booked all day and the dr. was already running a half hour behind (it was only 9am!) I knew at that point that I did not want to spend 9 months of appts. at a clinic that makes a habit of double booking their appts. and making their patients wait well past their appt. time. Pregnancy is already hard enough without having to deal with inconsiterate people!

I had been going here for years and was very happy, however I started having medical issues (hypothyroid like) and was told to get used to it I was getting old. So I went to my nautropath and she helped me with the issues. Then I thought I was having a miscarriage I called to speak to a nurse to see if I should come in, I missed her phone call and recd a really rude, uncaring voicmail from a nurse. I didnt even bother calling her back and again called my nautropath. Finally, I went in saw a different dr from my norm and had some irregular labs. I asked the Dr about them and she looked at me like I was crazy, again I was told I am getting old and deal with it...I was 37 at the time. The final straw was I rescheduled an appt, then when I showed up the reception said I had missed my appt and was charged 2 days prior for a no show. That happens, so I excused it as my error and rescheduled. However, the next year the exact same thing happened! My schedule changed, I called and rescheduled...showed up for my new appt date and was told I had missed my appt that was a week prior. I know for a fact I did not make the same mistake twice! I even asked Dr to confirm it with me. I have no idea what is going on with this place, but it wasnt worth it to me, so I never went back. Who wants to hear youre old, deal with it and then deal with a front desk staff that says they are rescheduling you only to never actually do it. Horrible experience if you are anything but perfectly normal:/

I went to see this so called "specialist" which I was so excited about in hopes of finding real solutions. I even read about his history which seemed promising. The specialist wasnt able to tell me anything my primary care family doctor hasnt already told me. He was rude and insensitive to true female problems saying what we think is abnormal is common to most women so is therefore actually normal! Sorry DR Heshmati but having PCOS, Fibroids and being constantly anemic is NOT NORMAL!
