Dr. Li and his staff are very nice. He is also very caring of patients and has your best interest in mind when it comes to you and your baby but I gave their office 3 stars bc every single appt I had I ended up waiting an hour or longer after my scheduled appt time to see the doctor even though I was checking in 15-30 mins ahead. And one time as I was waiting for him he had been called to the hospital for an emergency and I wasnt told until after an hour. As Im writing this review now Im waiting to see him again and its already 45 mins pass the time my appt was scheduled. I cant blame him, hes the only OB in this busy office but its def an inconvenience having to wait every single appt especially since I was still working at the time. But otherwise if youre looking for an awesome Doctor, Dr. Li is a great choice.

I love Dr. Li! He was my OB before I got pregnant and has been doing a wonderful job with my prenatal care...but...i feel as if he is spreading himself too thin. For a 15 minute appointment, I expect to be there at least an hour, as his appointments tend to run over each other. Every single time Ive gone to his office, Ive had to wait for 20+ minutes for him to arrive, one time an hour. He is a GREAT DOCTOR, but maybe he should put more time between appointments? update. im. here now, in January 2017..my appt was supposed to be at 4 15 pm. set up a month ago...and it is now 5 pm. and im still in the waiting room. im 6 months pregnant with twins-_-

This the worst place for a black woman or a first time mom to come to. the two ladies at the front desk are very unprofessional. they gossip about patients a lot.. The DR calls to reschedule your appoitment at the last minutes, did that for me two times in a month. Dr. Li is fairly okay but wont still recommend to first time mom. The front desk girls are the worse, especially the tall fair slim lady that does the vitals..., very rude and unprofessional. pls dont visit if you hate waiting and being rude to. BLACK & FRIST TIME MOM STAY OFF THIS PLACE.. WORST PLACE EVER

Horrible wait times. We have been here 3 times and had to wait over an hour every time. Also, its clear that the ladies at the counter dont have your best interests in mind and theyre not very personable either. Each appointment itself takes a long time (seemingly longer than it should) and even when we get ushered to a room we still have to wait a long time on top of the hour or so in the waiting room. I didnt like the service received from Dr. Li either as he wasnt very transparent about my wifes situation. We are switching clinics. Cannot recommend this place.

Dr. Lee delivered my third child and has been my regular obgyn for the last 3 years. He takes the time to explain test results and ehat they mean to your health which does result in a bit longer wait times. However, he has very good bed side manner and is compassionate and caring for his patients and im willing to wait for good care from a doctor who accepts state insurance. The front desk employees are professional and welcoming. I honestly dont understand the two star review when I have had wonderful care from this doctor.
