We used this practice because of a recommendation from another couple currently using this group. Because of the great care Dr. Elaine provided to my wife during her pregnancy I had to write a review recommending this practice. My wife was extremely sick, had to be hospitalized several times due to dehydration and vomiting. So much so, her esophagus was bleeding. Pretty scary to see your wife spit up blood!!! The physicians that we originally went to showed very little empathy and didnt even try to give us a solution when we explained my wifes severe illness. As soon as we called Elaine Chien, she had us come into her office immediately, walked us over to the emergency room and made sure the physicians there took care of us. Even though my wife was disabled for approximately 7 months... the care we received with Womens Care Medical Group was Phenomenal!!! We have also had the opportunity to meet several other physicians at this group and they are all great! Coming from someone who doesnt write reviews often - the time I am taking is well worth it.

Dr. Shoup has been my doctor for almost 20 years. She and her husband, Dr. Liu, have delivered all three of my kids. When my first childs heartrate dropped and almost had to be delivered by emergency c-section, Dr. Shoup called in Dr. Liu who was able to deliver him without c-section and get him the care he needed quickly. When Dr. Shoup does not have the immediate answer to a question or concern I have, she can usually get it from one of the other doctors in the practice and always responds to any phone call I have made. The staff at Womens Care is fantastic and always ready to respond to any question whether it is for a billing question or something the nurse can answer. And usually I see a nurse practitioner for annual exams, I can always see Dr. Shoup if I make the request. Ive referred several friends to them and all have been extremely happy to find doctors that care so much.

I have gone to Womens Care for over 20 years and they have wonderfully worked with me through my early 20s, child birth and now as my ongoing "go to" doctors office. Lindsey, Nurse Practitioner, is WONDERFUL! My original MD has moved on but overall the other docs and staff are consitently efficient, kind and respectful. Id recommend without hesitation.

I wish I could give them negative 5. Their billing is a big mass. It uses wrong codes to over charge you. Their doctors use general description for lab tests which allows their partner lab to do tons of unnecessary tests on you. If you like this place, you probably havent realized how badly you have been exploited.
