I had a very bad experience with receptionist and financial department at this clinic. They billed me after over a year passed telling me that I did not provide my correct insurance information therefore I am responsible for the bill which was $250. When I called to talk to someone Mary, the receptionist transferred me rudely and had me leave a message. They did not call back for a few days!! I called back but took a half day to talk with someone finally. Then they blamed on me for not providing a correct info, but cmon, I used them for a few months before I changed my OB and this was the only bill I received, that means they DO have my insurance information!! Also the clinic is not very comfortable to be at. DO NOT USE THEM. I will spread the word because I am so done with these stupid & rude people. DON"T GO HERE

long waits w/ no apolagies(up to an hour or two.) schedule mix ups and cancellations constantly even after arriving and making you wait. no phonecalls if doctor cancels. poor communication skills between doctor/patient and front office. they do not listen to patients wishes or concerns or give you time to ask questions, your in and out and they do what they want to do. except for dr. davis, hes the only one id recommend in the office. but the are over booked w/ clients and understaffed. half the office is very freindly and the other half is rude. they do not care or listen to their clients because they have too many.

I have been seeing Dr. Jean Dydell once a month since may 18th have loved every minute of it. Kind and helpful staff and if you have been waiting longer than 10-15 minutes there is a sign clearly stating to let them know how long you have been waiting, I get to all my appointments about 10 minutes early so when my scheduled appointment time comes I get called right away if you are a little late for your appointment you wait about 10 minutes, unless you go on days your doctor is not in, then you may have to wait a little longer. But very good experiences so far kind staff and always helpful!

Dr. Dydell was my primary doctor and I absolutely loved her!! She is easy going, informative and professional. Really enjoyed having her as my OB and will definitely want her again for our next baby. I had a 3am baby and Dr. Dydell was not on call that night but Dr. Wittman was and she was an amazing stand in. I had limited time wth Dr. Wittman but would recommend either one from my experience. The entire staff at Eastside OB that I encountered were all fantastic!

Their main front office person is pretty cold and sometimes rude. I do not like her at all. But Dr. Dydell is a great doctor who is very smart, articulate, caring and helpful. I have never had to wait long for my appointment and have been in regularly for the last four months. Putting up with the front office is worth having Dr.Dydell as my OBGYN.

I had my 1st baby with Dr. Dydell, she is the best so far and I was all comfortable throughout my appointments and delivery. She has a lot of patience to understand your concerns and treats you accordingly. I would love to consult with her in future and recommended my friends too.

Dr. Tsuang is very experienced, sweet, knowledgeable and compassionate. This practice is very supportive of natural birth; weve had 3 smooth deliveries with them! They were very kind when we had to walk through a miscarriage.
