I found Dr. Ramseur on health grades after having a bad experience with a previous gynecologist. I have issues that Im dealing with that needed special attention. My initial meeting with him made me feel at ease and that I would be taken care of. I have had major concerns for myself and they seem not to be concerning to the doctor. I have had two periods that have lasted well over 10 days. My last one was 20 days long and this office failed to return my phone calls or set me up with appointments. I too went to the ER because I did not get help from this office. Every time I call to express my concern to the doctor the receptionist tells me that the nurse will call me back. Whenever I reached the nurse she talks to me as if Im stupid or overreacting. My mother died from breast cancer because her doctor told her there was nothing to worry about when she found a lump on her breast. My life is important and this office seems to see me as an annoyance. I have decided to find help else where.

Im just starting my 2nd trimester and thus far am satisfied with Dr. Ramseur. Hes very knowledgeable, and definitely answers all your questions; and I didnt mind getting the PAP done by him on my first visit. I have two complaints. One, the main secretary is pretty curt. She doesnt give the impression that she likes her job, at all, nor does she ever greet me with a smile when I come in for an appointment or to pick up blood work slips. Two, both of my appointments were scheduled at 2:00, and each time we were actually seen by Dr. Ramseur at 3:00. Since my husband takes time off of work to be at these appointments, its getting pretty annoying that hes so habitually late! I would recommend Dr. Ramseur to other potential mothers because he does take the time to make you feel cared for, even if his secretary doesnt.

I have to completely agree with all of the negative reviews and I have NEVER reviewed any service. Rude staff and in general I left feeling like I was a burden to this office. If you initially think this practice seems too busy to take you- DO NOT GO BACK. I experienced multiple ER visits due to near negligence from this practice, but worst of all they would not grant me the courtesy to say they were far too busy with their millions of patients to properly care for me and just tell me to find a new doctor. If you need urgent or even important gyno care, find another doctor. Period.

Dr. Ramseur was the best doctor! I saw two other OBs and was so pleased to find him. His staff was extremely helpful and friendly. He always spent enough time with me at all our visits and answered all my questions. He is so cheery I always looked forward to my visits with him (rare!). He did a perfect job delivering my baby and respected all my wishes. I just wish I still lived in Monterey for this baby! Wed sometimes have to wait not more than 30mins to actually see him, but it was always worth it! I recommend him to EVERYONE!

Dr. Ramseur saw me through the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy and delivered our second child. He is an amazing OB GYN (I saw him every week for pre-term labor those 4 weeks and he was able to help me hold onto the baby longer). Not only is he wonderful at his profession he has great bedside manners. My husband met him the day of deliverey and even commented on how great he was. Weve also known several other women deliver with him and all agree that he is wonderful. If you are looking for an OB GYN, look to Dr Ramseur.

Love Dr Ramseur! He is very personable and listens. Heis a very happy and knowledgeable Dr. He performed my 4th C-section and did an amazing job. He truly cares about his patients which sometimes makes his appointments go overtime, but with the awesome career gives it is something that one can definitely understand.

He is hands down the best care giver I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He really loves his patients and their families. Took amazing care of me prenatal and while in the hospital. Walked me through an unplanned csection and made sure I was taken care of.

Dr. Ramseur might be nice, however I will never know. His reception staff is awful. They are very rude. Be wary of this office.
