Although the girls at the desk are very pleasant, Dr. Javid is not. The other nurse practitioners were always very pleasant and professional, but each time I went back they had either been fired or quit. High staff turnover, which after meeting Dr. Javid I can see why. During my session with her, I felt uncomfortable, rushed, and it was not a pleasant patient centered visit as the website claims. I felt as thought I was an inconvienence to her. As a healthcare professional myself, I know the correct way to treat patients regardless of race, gender, etc. Dr. Javid needs to learn more about patient centered practice as her website claims. I will not be returning.

I have seen Dr. Javid two times now. Both times I left feeling like she didnt explain things to me. She was very unprofessional. She didnt ask if I had any questions before she left the room. And when I did ask questions, she gave very ambiguous answers. Also, the first time I went to her office, she recommended a cleaner for me that I had to purchase from there. She stated that I could return it, but when I tried to return it because it irritated my skin, she recommended me to continue to use it and sent it home with me. Im still not using the cleaner and plan to return it. I will not go to this office to be a patient again.

Dr. Javid has a friendly and caring bedside manner and she explains everything openly and honestly. During my consultation, she gave me options based on my budget and available downtime. I like the fact that Dr. Javid tests and tries out all the procedures herself first before offering it to her patients. I will schedule a laser procedure and try out the dermal fillers as I heard she is a great injector.
