The doctor is great, but the girl up front desperately needs some lessons in customer service. Answering my questions with a grunt, or not at all is no way to treat a customer. Reviewing my charges for new glasses and just pointing at a sheet of things I do not understand, without clarifying what I am supposed to be looking at; I asked her a third time and then she finally opened her mouth to explain. Just a terrible attitude problem. Other than that, great office. I referred coworkers to VFO and they both said the same thing.

This optometrist is amazing. I have been wearing glasses for driving for years, and randomly walked in to Valley Family Optometry. Dr. Thomas Truong accurately predicted my prescription was too high. Now, wearing glasses is such a pleasure I sometimes forget they are on. I also added some drama to the glasses purchase, and this business were so accommodating, went completely out of their way for me.
