The receptionist Diane is very rude, she yelled at me , gave me attitude for something she shouldve checked in the first place she was trying to charge me for a replacement of my glasses. When she had told me it was gonna be free. Her assistant Edith put the wrong screw on my glasses. When I got there I heard them saying that the prior patient was a waste of time. They should be glad they have a job. That wasnt very nice of them to give attitude or talk about other patients . Dr. David I dont think you should be having employees like this at your office.

The first person you see when you walk into this business, the receptionist woman, is so rude. Shes mean and she has the worsr attitude. I asked her a question about my insurance covering glasses politely and she rolled her eyes and said im sure the doctor can offer you a package deal that you can afford in the most sarcastic way. How judgemental? I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone to save my life. I heard the doctor was nice and he was eh to me but his image is ruined by the lady that greets his patients!

I was frighten at first to take my 5 year old since she had a really bad experience with the last optometrist I had taken her to. But Dr. Sackin was so patient and nice to her, all the questions she and myself asked were answered He made my daughter feel so comfortable and Im grateful for that not everyone hears just child out. And his receptionists was extremely nice and patient. Made myself a appointment to get my vision checked. DEFINITELY GOING BACK. Thank you Dr.
