Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a doctors office. After being promised glasses in a week, I called a month later to cancel the order because Rudley was taking so long. Finally he begged me to let him complete the order, not to provide the service he promised but because he "needed to recoup his own costs." Another 3 weeks later I finally got my glasses, but they forgot to add a special coating to the lenses that I had ordered. STAY AWAY FROM RUDLEY!!

Honestly, Dr. Rudley is the sweetest man! He cares about what you have to say. My last optometrist didnt hear me out with the problems I was having. The staff there is extremely kind too! I would recommend them to anyone!! ☺ Give them a call - you wont regret it!
