Every time I call they tell me the office is closed! Their website lists the hours as Monday-Friday 07:30 AM - 05:00 PM with Friday and every other Thursday 7:00am - 3pm. but this is not the case. Last time I called on a Thursday before 3pm complaining about my teeth hurting and the person on the phone told me the office was closed, but she would leave a note and I was suppose to get a call back on Monday, I never did. Today I just called to see about making an appointment and again I was told the office was closed even though its a Monday! The person on the phone was very rude, she kept trying to end the call and repeatedly said "were closed" I went there originally because they are very close to me, I can walk there. I just got a crown done there not too long ago. How much it would cost and what needed to be done wasnt made clear to me. They said I had a crack in my tooth and that it needed a crown to prevent it from getting worse. I didnt know that it needed to be drilled out. In the end the crown didnt fit right it had to be filed down. The surface of it is real rough it made it uncomfortable to chew. I would take a bite and it would grind on my other tooth making for a very unpleasant sensation in my mouth making me shudder like nails on a chalk board, but in my mouth!

Dr Eltzroth clearly outlined the benefits of Waterlase today... The staff had kindly called me before my Friday filling to mention the Waterlase was temporarily out of order but I had some confusion as to the benefits so I didnt reschedule. I asked Dr. Eltzroth about Waterlase benefits at my appointment this morning & he clarified so I left I up to him if I should reschedule to take advantage of it or not. Literally it was the last minute & Dr Eltzroth chose to cancel the appointment for me because he wanted me to have the advantages of rescheduling. My wife & I have both worked in healthcare & a doctors time is valuable enough they really want to avoid last minute cancellations but Dr Eltzroth obviously chose what was best for my dental health over his morning schedule so I could have the Waterlase benefits. My visit today was most awesome. This is the only Dental office I have ever been to where I feel so relaxed. Feel so welcomed there ..lots of smiles..just cant say enough about Dr. Eltzroth and his staff.. I was very nervous/anxious as I had my very first impressions done.. Denise the assistant did a fabulous job.. so much fun too.. I am so blessed that I found my dentist. and cant forget Kari and Robin.. Thank you all!

I have had a few bad dental experiences and finding Dr. Eltzroth was such a relief. He is such a great dentist and has the most amazing staff. I have had a few hard procedures and my experience was great! They made me relaxed and anxiety free with nothing more than laughing gas. Kari and Shannon are amazing and make my experience so wonderful. I know it sounds odd I am saying this about the dentist, but its—´ true!

Dr. Eltzroth and his staff are very friendly and professional. I normally dread going to the dentist, and hadnt gone in several years because I felt that way. Now I feel much more at ease, and am happy to have found Dr. Eltzroth. Finding a dentist and dental staff that make the experience a positive one is hard to find. Thank you for the wonderful service! Excellent patient service from the receptionist to the treatment. Dr. Eltzroth used a water laser to fill my cavity, the treatment was quick and painless. The best part was you didnt have to get numb or leave numb. You can tell Dr. Eltzroth is really good at what he does, he takes the time to make sure the patient is comfortable and happy with the results!

I have used Dr. Eltzroth for my regular dentist for 3 years and have found him and his staff to be excellent. I have also had an emergency root canal there and also paid $400. I however think this price was more than fair. How can anyone complain about a Dr. squeezing you in as an emergency and ONLY chargin $400. I thought I got a great deal.

Dr. Eltzroth and his office are by far the best in Chico! The office is over the top; you know youre getting top notch care the moment you walk in the door! Dr. Eltzroth is fantastic, very gentle, and friendly. They are all about the patient and their comfort, they even have massage chairs! Definitely recommend this awesome dentist!

Going to the dentist has always been a nerve-wracking experience for me. But the staff has always been pleasant and comforting. They have all of the newest equiptment all the dental assistants were very helpful and made me feel comfortable and helped me understand my options !
