I went to emergency Dental for a tooth that needed the crown replaced. I had shopped around and decided to go to Emergency dental because of price. I had xrays from another dentist but had forgotten to bring them. They said they would find the tooth since I couldnt remember which one it was. After only xraying my right side the dr came in looked in my mouth and started drilling. He told me he could see the rot on my tooth. I had never heard a dentist say anything like that before. I should have left, but he is the doctor what do I know? When I got home I looked at the other dentist records. They had worked on a healty tooth grinding it down for a crown. The tooth that needed the work was on my left side the side that was never xrayed. When I confronted the dentist he gave me a song and dance obout how this tooth was in worse shape than the one he was supposed to have fixed. They had my money and now I had to through with the crown. The temp crown fell off the day I got home and I ended up in pretty sever pain for a couple of weeks. After the crown was put on I was in so much pain I couldnt eat on the tooth. When I coplained to the dr he referred me out to another dentist say that the tooth had had so much decay that pulp in the tooth was probably bad. Wasnt he supposed to have fixed that? The tooth he worked on is still very painful after 3 months. I am going to take them to small claimes court.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! The first thing you see When you walk in the door is a very dirty fish tank. The whole place is dirty, the equipment is out of date, the place is very run down- they overcharge and tell you you need procedures that you actually dont need. Ill explain- When I called Saturday night to make an appointment they said I could pay the fee with an in house payment plan. When I Showed up for my appointment on Sunday they asked for the fee, I said I was going to do the payment plan and she hands me a credit card appication. I told her I do not want a credit card I want the in house payment plan. She then tells me the exam and x-rays are not covered with the in house payment plan. I ended up paying the fee because I really needed to see a dentist. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER!! I saw the dentist for about 1 minute. He tells me to save my one broken tooth I will need a root canal and crown in two teeth. My insurance doesnt cover those procedures. They wrote me up an estimate for almost $6,000. Long story short, I went and got a second opinion. I do not need a root canal or a crown in any of my teeth. A filling will fix the broken tooth. Their office manager told me for the past 6 years they have been struggling. I can absolutely see why now.

I have been here quite a few times for an infected tooth waiting on a root canal while I wait on my HSA to be funded. They were excellent when it came to being helpful and treating me with antibiotics and pain medication while I await my appointment. Even hassle free refills since I believe they know how much pain I am in. That being said, I need 2 root canals and I have insurance. They gave me an estimate of 5200.00 for 2 root canals! 50% would be covered under my insurance up to the 2000 maximum. They had a payment plan but this is 25% and 50.00 down. I didnt have that kind of money. I started looking around and come to find out my insurance covers 90% of root canals! And the absolute HIGH end of out of network costs would be 1300.00. Im not entirely sure if they are in my network but regardless the 2 shouldnt cost more than 2600 and they should be at the least 60% covered for out of network if that is the case. They are friendly, and dont under treat pain like most places. They have state of the art digital xrays that dont expose you to the dangerous xrays. But they WAY overcharge.

The worst experience Ive ever encountered in a healthcare facility. I had a tooth extracted about a week and a half ago and the dentist was very rude, drilled on my tooth for almost 2 hours before extracting the tooth ( like I had mentioned in the beginning needed to happen). Continued to talk down to me for being in pain, told me I shouldnt be able to feel anything because my mouth was numb and made me feel stupid for moving or flinching when I was hurting as she was working on my mouth. At the beginning of my appointment I was told my tooth extraction would be $388 but then the dentist stated she could try and fix it with a root canal but it would be more expensive, I stated to her that I couldnt afford to pay anymore that day than I was originally told ($200) and she questioned me about asking family or friends to help afford that cost which I also believe is extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The reception staff did a poor job of relaying intake info to the medical staff. The facility felt and looked dingy. Not outright dirty but not clean as a doctors office should be. I was in serious pain and was told I would need to pay upfront for a procedure or I could take antibiotics and ibuprofen and good luck. The doctor seemed professional, though somewhat disengaged. The dental assistant was friendly and efficient. Urgent and prompt the service was not. If your regular dentist is out of town, wait for them to get back if you can. This was not an experience I would care to repeat.

Emergency? I went in at 6 pm after work, in awful pain from an infected tooth. The advertised hours were until 9 pm but the dentist had gone home since it was slow. I had to BEG to have her called in to see me. Then I was billed up front without even trying to bill my insurance. Fine, I paid. An xray and consult yielded prescriptions and referral. The prescription for antibiotics made me ill and dosage on painkillers was too low. In short, I should not have bothered. Go to the ER, not here.

Quick, professional, and got everything I needed with no appointment on a Sunday. The receptionist was so bright and cheerful, but respectful of everyones pain. The hygienist was polite and fast, the dentist was quick in diagnosis and treatment. I will certainly return the next time I find myself in pain on a Sunday, and potentially start regular dental care here as well.

Totally disappointed. Weve come in with an urgent case because of strong tooth pain. A woman at reception desk kindly asked us to fill in the papers and to wait after that. We waited for 1 hour and she didnt even started to enter our info into their system. Their name doesnt prove their way of treating the clients. Wouldnt advise to go there, if you have an urgent case.

The worst dentist experience ever! I made an emergency appointment for ny husband. They said tge soonest he could get in was next morning. We show up with full coverage union dental mind you. We wait almost 2 hours. I am now in the E.R with my husband. He is on an I.V antbiotic for an abscessed tooth. Rude staff and too long of wait forced us to go go to the e.r
