As a first time patient, I was welcomed by the receptionist Shirley with a smile and my paperwork ready to be filled out. I only waited a few minutes before Lucy the Dental Hygienist greeted me. She did my x-rays, cleaned my teeth and told me exactly what she was doing the whole time. Dr. Patel then introduced himself, did my exam and discussed at length some of the concerns I had about my teeth. He was not only personable but very knowledgeable. Overall, my first time experience with Newpark Mall Family Dental Group was outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental group.

If it aint broke, theyll still find something wrong to fix for $$$$$. Their "consultation" fees are ridiculous, but they will be happy to charge your insurance for anything and everything. If youre not careful, they will lead you down the dark path of sucking up all you insurance coverage and as much cash as you can shell out to them in the first month of the year. They dont seem to like to do anything that they cant charge and arm and a leg for and they LOVE doing root canals and crowns on teeth that just need fillings. RUN, dont walk away from this place!!!!

Dr. Wong was great!! And his staff was very nice during the process.. The front office lady was able to accommodate our toddler with some activities! Thank you Newpark Mall Dentistry, we will be back in 6 months!
