During my first and second appointment here, I was neutral about the place. They usually cleaned and polished my teeth. However, a month ago, I had my teeth checked out and they said that I had 5 cavities. Of course, I freaked out and wanted to get these cavities filled out as soon as possible. With my insurance, they demanded $50 for each cavity filled with silver or $120 for every cavity filled with white. OUTRAGEOUS!! Because of this, I checked other dentists in my area and was able to go to a affordable dental clinic in Oakland. I got my teeth checked out there as well to check my cavities. It turned out that I only had two VERY minor cavities. After taking good care of them with flossing and more frequent brushing, I came back a week later and my cavities were gone! Im assuming that this horrible clinic can lie to you to steal your money. They didnt even check the fact that I needed my wisdom teeth pulled out (which my new dentist did it for me and was a great help). I guess they only focus on cavities and cleaning. Sometimes, the staff there seem that they dont know what theyre doing. They dont even prove a warming welcome and kept telling me to floss, floss, floss- even though I floss often and twice a day. I do NOT suggest anyone to come to this god-awful place. Boring, unenthusiastic, and mouthy dentists as well as a horrible attitude to lie for money.

When I moved to Bay area, I asked my friends which dentist to go to. They recommended Smilesavers and I have been going there ever since, along with everyone I know, and their kids, and their coworkers, and....Pretty much if you know Rich, you go to Smilesavers. She is really great at making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I hadnt been to the dentist in years when I first when there, so I was really nervous. But she didnt lecture me or make me like it was a big deal that I had a mouthful of cavities. Shell ask talk your ear off during a visit, so you wont even think about what shes doing inside your mouth. The staff is really friendly and are really helpful with dealing with insurance and billing.

I moved from Florida in 2005 and since then Smilesavers is part of our family.I dont have any thing else to say except, I have a great experience and cant think of moving or going to another doctor. All are very caring and the staff is very helpful. I would recommend her to all my friends and family members without any doubts. Great Job..

I had the most unfortunate experience of having my teeth fillings done by this dentist....she did a really bad job with the fillings and my teeth really hurt.....I had to get the filling re-done by another dentist....beware !
