My best friend had MediCal insurance, and was assigned to a doctor at this facility when she became ill. She spent the next 3 years, receiving treatment for consitipation. It wasnt until the pain became intolerable, that I insisted she go to the emergency room at the hospital. It was there she was told there was a large mass of faeces above her abdomen and was diagnosed as having stage 4 rectal cancer. I cant help but think...if the doctor hadnt wasted the last 3 years of her life treating her for simple constipation, rather than persuing a proper diagnosis, they might have caught it sooner, and shed still be alive. Not much faith in this place, nor did I appreciate watching her being treated as a second-class citizen!

Worst place we have ever been. Took my son here today for an spot at 1130 that they had scheduled and they told me to come back at one because the dr wanted to take lunch. So I came back and in the childrens play area there is pee everywhere, its really dirty. The customer service here is so ridiculous. Super unfriendly. Seriously will be switching places for my son to be seen. Super gross here.

If you are sick or need any kind of help with pain issues, stay away from this place. I am at the lowest place in my life and my Doctor that I pay to see wont even help me. Some People are very judgemental, I feel like a convict or a street drug person gets more help and rescept than me. Times are changing , but they are only getting worse.
