Probably the worst medical practice Ive ever seen. Its engaged in systematic insurance fraud; a morbidly obese nurse told me that I could only discuss a single issue per visit because of the clinics busy schedule, yet I had come from an empty waiting room with a standing policy of accepting walk-ins. The doctor treated me as if I were insane because I was more than adequately informed about my conditions that were diagnosed years ago and expected a full blood panel including cholesterol for my first annual checkup in three years. She said the test isnt regularly done and wouldnt be done without a reason, then gaslit that she never said she wouldnt run it. She expected some sort of forwarded report on my lifelong asthma, expecting me to contact my childhood pediatrician for medical records. Despite remaining civil and respectful, she accused me of overt hostility from the onset and brought in the LCSW on staff who does not worry about the current political climate including unabridged war and domestic spying. Kafka may have spread his seed in Vacaville at some time. I hope someone with half a purported medical education reads this part: Suicidal ideation and suicidiality are two distinct concepts and your new patient form only assesses the presence of the former. Many people have suicidal ideation in a world at constant war. Deal with the problem, not the people who suffer because of it.

I originally came to Community Medical Centers in Vacaville, Ca to get a quickie immunization for my(at the time) 5 year old son. I noticed a sign that said "Doctor Visit $30" 4 years later, I had Kaiser and my youngest son who was going on 3 wasnt talking at all. I went to Kaiser doctors and they said "Everything is fine hes making eye contact, hes just a boy, hell talk eventually." I was paying a $20 co-pay for that? I decided to seek a second opinion so I took my son to see a doctor at Community Medical. Thinking it was going to be $30 it turned because we were "low income" it was free. With in 5 minutes the doctor at CMC told me my son was Autistic. She set me up with a team at North Bay and we got him formally diagnosed. We decided to get rid of out Kaiser insurance and never went back. We stayed at CMC and I eventually started seeing a doctor there too. I had all my prenatal care there with my last baby and I could not have been in better hands.

I am a newly hired preschool teacher and am required to get a physical exam . Besides being extremely rude and condescending the MD refused to complete necessary forms indicating my ability to perform related job duties. She informed me that before doing so she had to refer me out to an optometrist as I did not pass the vision test. I explained to her that I am near sighted and was not wearing my glasses. Note: The medical form asks if there are any adverse conditions that may affect job performance. She is an MD. Her direct observation of me should have sufficed. But she wants to refer me to a speech therapist, a psychiatrist , and the lab to see if Im up to date on immunizations . What a wasted day. And she expects me to return in a month, provided Ive met with referrals. What a wasted day.

The receptionist and nurses seem to do a decent job most of the time. Thats the only reason I gave them two stars. Management and the doctors I have seen here have left me in pain just about every time I visit. The doctors I have seen have made mistakes that have had traumatic negative influences on my life for years. Make sure you check your records frequently and make sure you get the care you deserve. I have found outright lies and numerous errors in mine. Many of the doctors do not seem to speak English very well. If needed, make complaints to the California Medical Board online. It only takes a few minutes. This place needs a rude awakening from the State of California.

Awful. The doctors are not bad its actually the wait staff. I been having hard times remembering my appointments and ask for a call reminder. Right when I was about to ask why I didnt get one I get cut right off telling me most of the time they are busy. You mean the fact I get robots remind me? Sad truth its hard to find one in town you can afford. If I had the money I get better wait staff

I really hate dealing with this place I cant wait until I can afford my own medical coverage they only treat us differently because were considered poor and its a form of discrimination in my opinion. They need to be investigated on a regular bases!!!
