When I walk in to do an exam at 10.am the girl at the reception was unfriendly. She said the Dr is busy with examining a family and for me to come back. I went again today at 1.25 pm and there was no one to see the Dr. The same girl told me to come back at 2 pm as the Dr has to go for lunch. She even told me that there was no guarantee that I can do the exam today, as they have an appointment at 2 pm She didnt want to do a business for the company, but just sending her customers away.

I love this be place. The best staff, super cool, friendly and knowledgable. I was referred here by a friend and now I refer all my friends here. They have a great selection of frames and can even make most glasses in 20 minutes!!! (Which is great considering Im coming from the valley, so I dont have to make another trip to Hollywood.) I dont need to go anywhere else this place has it all!
