We try our best to help patients and even call them when theyre glasses come in, we call the number you give us on the welcoming sheet, we even have record of the day and time we call you and never are we rood or downgrading in anyway. We recieve alot of impatient and negative people but we DONT let this get us down, why have somone ruin your day in just 10 seconds? always happy and positive to take you in. Patients are awesome and thats what keeps us going, thankyou.

I called to see if my daughters glasses were ready the guy that answered was really rood...and told me that theyve been ready for about a week now... I asked how come no bodies called me to notify me... he just responded by saying "well there ready now for whenever you want to pick them up.."And to top it off, when I went to pick them up they were even the right frames...
