Place looks nice but appearances are deceiving. Receptionist was nice enough but primary eye doctor rushed me through like he really didnt see me. Never looked at me except to examine my eyes & that almost seemed like a bother to him - it was as though he were racing to see how many patients he could see in a certain amount of time. Asked him a couple of questions that he seemed to muffle through. Didnt even address other written concerns. I felt like cattle being pushed through. The rest of staffs small talk was like reading a form letter - I stopped responding as they were going through the rendition & they didnt even seem to notice. Shopping for new eye doctor for next year.

I have to honestly say that walking into the place, you would think that this place is the best eye glass place around. WRONG! I have been going here since I was a child and I guess I have never noticed how horrible their service is. Not only do they give you the wrong information, but the staff is so worried about being in each others business that they often forget that the customers are out in the lobby. The owner is older than dirt, shes mean AND rude and treats her staff like trash. I will NEVER go back to this place and I recommend you stay away from it, as its a waste of your time and money.

This has got to be the worst experience Ive ever had. The optometrist rushes the exams probably because they overbook like crazy. Do not come here unless you want to wait 4 hours to be seen. Thats WITH an appointment. Carol Klein has got to be the rudest person ever. If things dont go according to how she wants them to, she gets hostile. She wouldnt even let me take my prescription because I didnt buy glasses from them. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Dont really review but...Ok so before I went here I read these reviews I been goin here since I was a kid neways I called before I left n honestly the lady was nice n answer my question so went in office n even the doc was nice got me out of there fast Caus lobby was pack...note only had to pay hate seenin bad reviews for places when in reality it was nice

I have worked with this optometry office on behalf of students from the school district. The staff is conscientious and oh, so knowlegeable. I go personally, out of the area for eye exams but if I decide to change, I would happily choose IE Optometry for their excellent record-keeping and knowledge of the field of optometry services.

Love this place, the wait is VERY long even if you have an appointment but if you get there early, youll be in and out quickly. Very nice on the inside, staff is polite, doctor is polite. Everything is great.

I didnt like anything about this place. Rude staff and long wait time. If you have an insurance through the state they will treat you like crap. Avoid this place at all cost
