I brought my dad in for routine glaucoma testing. This was the first time that I had been into Dr. Pabalans office. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the facility. Everything seemed neat and very organized. We were greeted warmly and we did not have to wait very long before my dad was called for his tests. The technician that tested my dad was knowledgeable, professional and calmly explained each procedure with skill and patience. He explained each test in detail and answered questions promptly and skillfully. He made every effort to make my dad feel comfortable during all of his tests. As a concerned daughter, I was asking many questions and the technician was kind enough to provide detailed explanations for each question. What could have been a stressful set of tests, became comfortable for me and especially for my dad. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the staff, their knowledge, the sanitary and cleanliness of the office as well as the state of the art equipment that was used to test my fathers eyes. I felt that all of my concerns and questions were answered expertly and professionally. If I were to need medical help for my vision, Dr. Pabalans office would be my first choice.

The moment you enter you can feel the ambience. Staff are very professional, the office is very well organized and very clean which only reflects on the person at the helm none other than Dr. Francisco Pabalan himself. I will not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone that needs professional medical assistance. This office is one prime example of what the word "professional" means both in conduct, treatment of patients, and work knowledge. Dr. Pabalan has been my doctor for years and I cannot imagine seeing another ophthalmologist. Hes very thorough in examining his patients. I tip my hat to the staff and most importantly to the man in command, Dr. Pabalan.

I have nothing but praise and thankfulness for Dr Francisco J. Pabalan and his staff. Wen I went to him, referred by Dr. John Kane, I was told by another ophthalmologist that I would be blind within five years. That was nine years ago. Thanks to Dr. Pabalans excellent care and excellent staff, I am now (at the age of 86) still reading and knitting and crocheting with my glasses, but without extra optical help. I recommend Dr. Pabalan enthusiastically when any of my friends complain about vision problems. Thank you, Dr. Pabalan and all your staff!

I’ve been “seeing” him for over 10 years – and he still shows the same compassion and concern he did on my first visit. His expertise is bar none. Dr. Pabalan came highly recommended and I learned why. He performed pterygium removal surgery on my eye - and I am thrilled with the outcome. Dr. Pabalan was kind, caring, explained everything and listened carefully to me. The surgery went flawlessly and his entire staff couldnt have been more helpful. Dr. PabAlan performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. In addition, I developed anot eye condition called uveitis. I have been very pleased with the eye care I have received from Dr. Pabalan and his office. My situation was time critical and I was treated with care and efficiency. I also received a referral to an excellent specialist from Dr. Pabalan.
