I was very impressed with the Riverside Optometry visit. The office atmosphere was so beautiful and gave off a calming feeling. This was the first time there. The staff were wonderfully cheerful and very helpful to begin with. The different exam tests were interesting and done with such professionalism. Dr. Lisa Keltner was so friendly and calm about the exams that I enjoyed the experience. She was personable and seemed to care about how I was doing overall. I normally feel like I dont do well with the eye testing for the precise result... but this time, with Dr. Lisas patience, I felt confident that it went well. The choosing of glasses was a fun time and I picked out quickly the glasses that fit like a glove. I am so anxious to get them. I will be recommending this office to others.

Dr. experience was good. Administrative team a disappointment. Not only was I told they could not give me the PD it was office policy then hung up on when I called back the manager then stated it was possible to get the PD but for a $25 fee??? I could not afford to replace the original glasses my daughter lost for $200 and wanted to purchase some online. Absolutely ridiculous!! The prescription should have included the PD on there and if I would have asked for the prescription on my visit instead of ordering them it would have not been an issue. Such a disappointment, I was really hoping to stay at this optometrist. The office staff is completely unprofessional.

I went to my first appointment last week and as with all my new doctors, I dont know what to expect but I hope and pray that the new doctor will be good do to alot of very bad experiences. I already liked the staff just from making my appointment and then I was so happy when I got there with everyone. The doctor is so awesome and I felt great when I left. It was so easy due to the person helping me pick out my frames to get just what I needed. I really felt the the care and compassion here that is so lacking in other places. Thank you so much for making my experience the best!!!! I highly recommend this office and Sandra Davidson!

I am so pleased with Dr Sandra Davidson, and her staff. After 20 years of going to different eye Doctors, who could not get a pair of glasses filled that worked for me; I was referred to Dr Davidsons office. She really knows what she is doing! My case was not easy since I had RK surgery performed in one eye years ago by another Doctor which resulted in fluctuating vision .Dr Davidson gave me correction that I thought was not possible !!!!!!!!!!! I recommend all my friends and family to her. She and her staff are very pleasant, and helpful!

Dr. Davidson and her staff are very pleasant and professional. Any problems I have had, they have guickly, effectively, and professionally resolved. It is always a pleasure visiting her office and dealing with her and her people. In the past 25 years I have dealt with Lenscrafter, Costco Optical, and another optometry office in Riverside. Dr. Akamine Davidson has been my eye doctor for over 10 years. It can be very difficult to find an eye professional that has the attributes necessary to retain me as a client. Dr. Akamine Davidson is professional, personable, and competent. Additionally, her staff is professional and helpful too. The eye exams are painless and thorough and the task of choosing frames and purchasing a new pair of glasses is actually fun. I only wish going to the dentist was this easy.

Both the office staff and Dr. Davidson were both caring and very professional. Dr. Davidson answered all my questions, some not even related to me, and thoroughly explained my eye exam results. Sylvia, the young woman who helped me pick out eyeglass frames, spent a great deal of time with me, not rushing me to make a quickie decision. It was, overall, a great experience at this office. I would highly recommend it.

Personal, professional and amazingly caring. A very safe environment. Dr Davidson is incredibly thorough and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the fit of my glasses. When Ive broken, bent or even lost my glasses theyve bent over backwards to get me seeing again as quickly as possible. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

This was by far my best experience with a eye doctor, she was very knowledgeable, had top of the line equipment, very fast and thorough exam, the staff was courteous and efficient.The cost with my insurance was half of what my last doctor charged. Ill be back and Im recommending them to all my friends and family.
