Ive been going to this place for over 2 half years. Been wanting to go somewhere else. On my visit before my last, they didnt have any frames that were by my insurance compliance. I took the proscription and went to a couple other places but these places were not covered by my insurance. I went back this last time. The doctor was very RUDE!!! She kept on trying to hold a argument with me as to why my daughter needed her glasses. I told her ok. I was actually very appreciative of her telling me this. But she went on continuously picking a argument with me to which I kept on asking her to stop. Could you imagine asking a doctor to stop arguing with you. She went on to tell me not to come back after this ( which was fine by me) because Ive always not wanted to go back. She even had that girl in the front told me like three times not to come back. I politely told her that Id heard them the first time and was not planning on coming back. Ok, picking up the glasses today, I sent someone with my daughter. I was told that the doctor came out into the lobby, looked at them and said "the world is really changing ". (We are African American) not sure what she meant by that. Not very professional at all. I did not stoop to her level of conduct. I knew my rights but never said anything. I know my customer rights. Im very aware of the field of healthcare since 2003. She is so clueless and unprofessional. Dont go there. Go somewhere else.

I give this business zero stars, yet it will only allow me to rate 1 star minimally. Its unfortunate when people go into business and dont know how to operate one. I went to this business for the first time and upon the completion of my exam, I was prompted to pay 82.22 when the medical assistant then charges my debit card 822.22. She then proceeds to tell me that when this happened before the customer was able to get their refund right away...I have been waiting 3 days for my money to be returned and this business is still giving me the run around. They have promised me a host of different turn around dates for my refund. So in all, I am out $740.00 dollars and I have still not received my Eyewear that i already paid over $300 dollars for...and thats in addition to the money they stole from me. The tell all is what I was offered for my inconvenience was some free eye glass cleaner and a sorry. I explained to the optometrist, because they have no office manager to handle these situations, that I am a single mother of four and I need my money, being that I have bills and its right before Christmas...her response was "sorry" and "I am just optomology, I dont know how to do the business stuff". My objective for this review is to warn others and to BE AWARE of the fraudulent activities this business is practicing.

I was born with nearly legally blind vision and have attended this place since before I know what it was. The staff are caring and very professional. They dont waste your time and I have never had to wait more then 5 mins after checking in. Dr. Jacqueline Truong has been my doctor for many years. She help get great deals on contacts and glasses seeing that my family isnt wealthy. Overall if I could rate more stars I would.

Great service! The girl in the front desk really knew her stuff and helped me out a lot! Definitely bringing the rest of the family, didnt have to wait a long time either.
