I went in Dr. Devang Patels office terrified because I needed two root canals. We have all heard about "root canals" that they are nothing less than a terrifying experience. Well Dr. Patel assured me that it would not hurt, of course I did not believe him. WELL! it was a session to remember, NO PAIN! I kid you not, I couldnt believe it, I left the office with r sided cheek numbness, the next day 95% of the numbness was gone and very little discomfort. I took one 600mg motrin not really needing it but did not know what to expect.....didnt need it! I would happily give my money to Dr. Patel any time for my dental needs. I left his office smiling and look forward to my next visit for my second root canal, hes amazing! Tell everyone!

Honestly, didnt even get to be serviced. Instead of being diligent, patient & working with me (as Ive gone to the same dentist my entire life), the second receptionist dismissed me. I was planning on switching over to this dentistry for good if I liked it. You just lost business for the owner. & I have great insurance. Just saying...I hope Dr. Patel knows who is running his front desk.
