The Dentist is fairly competent however this place has some ethical issues. They always push to sell you something. Its fairly common;dentist will come in check and check you out, then the "sales person" comes in and tries to pitch you all the things wrong with your teeth/gums.In my case I asked the doctor if some pretty straight forward questions like "Do I have any cavities," to which he answered "no." Next thing you know the "sales person" walks in and says you have two cavities, attempting to dishonestly pitch me services that were not needed.

I first took my father to college street dental for an exam this is the first time we were there. After I saw the great and excellent customer service from supporting staff, doctors and hygienist Ive also became a patient. College street dental also has great payment plan, plenty of free parking and clean facility convenient to shops and restaurants. Im very happy with college street dental.

The reception is super incompetent. They cant make a cleaning appointment. I had to be on hold twice, first for 11 min and 24 sec and then they hung up, and then for 4 min and 30 sec and still no appointment. And then they tell me its impossible to be on hold for so long as if I am lying. I didnt get his name but its was male voice. The doctor is very good in my opinion.

Everyone there is great! Friendly staff and clean facility! My kids felt like they were welcomed. In the past we have gone with other dental offices and they are rude and not willing to work with you if you cant afford the procedures. They are great!
