Tuve mala experiencia en esta oficina y no es la primera de western dental, llame para hacer cita al numero que me dieron y cuando llegué a la oficina me dijeron que me habian llamado a cancelar y no tenía ninguna llamada de ellos la respuesta que me dieron fue que las personas encargadas a hacer citas no tienen acceso a la disponibilidad de la oficina, entonces para que autorizan a ellos hacer citas? POCO PROFESIONALES AL MENOS YO AQUI NO VUELVO ni una disculpa ni nada por hacerme pwrder el tiempo.

My appointment was at 9:15 a.m. so I got there at 9 a.m. I didnt leave till after 12. I waited over 3 hours just so they can tell me my insurance doesnt cover the deep cleaning. I did get x-rays but for what? Just so they can charge my insurance knowing that I wasnt covered for deep cleaning. Whats the point of having insurance if you got to pay over $1,000 out of pocket. No wonder I havent been to the dentist in such a long time because of all the crap you got to deal with. The place was clean and the staff was nice if that means anything to you.

I am usually scared of dentists but here I felt calm and they are very professional and friendly and they explained everything to me. I highly recommend this office.

They take way to long to attend a someone they are super slow and I dont recommend other people trying it and the things they put in your mouth are dirty
