They were very nice, caring, and concerned about me. There first concern was my well being and the pain that I was feeling. I was a last min. appt. they were able to still see me and even stayed to take care of me after they closed for the day. I had a tooth extraction done. Cause at lunch I had broke a tooth. There were great to see me, and take care of me. The nurses were very attentive to my needs, they were friendly and concerned. I will defenitly recommend anyone to this dentist. I normally hate going to a dentist, but this one will be a visit I wont mind going to. Thanx Gentle Dental !!!

Horrible horrible experience. So much pain!! I left in tears, my daughter had to drive me home because I was so distraught with the pain from the extraction. Not one single follow-up call. But I did get a call asking me to schedule another appointment. bah! I asked them to check my balance, they told me I was paid in full, but sure enough, they took out another payment. Plus the office is dirty, equipment old. Try Fullerton Dental instead. Much, cleaner office and follow-up & concern is genuine. (The front office was nice at Gentle Dental. )

I went there to get my braces I was suppose to get my canine pulled down today and my wisdom teeth out today but the stupid employee said no we dont have the supply the sergeant sent him to go get the supply from Anaheim he still was arguing with my parents my parents said thank you to the sergeant but we wont be doing anything with this place no more sorry for wasting your time he said its ok someone is asking why hes here for Plus they put fillings on my sisters front top 2 teeth even though theyre still gonna fall of how stupid is that

PLEASE stay away from this place or you will get taken advantage of! They told me I needed my wisdom teeth removed before they can work on anything and I came to see that, it was just a total waste of money. They also said that they refuse to do my crown unless I go with the most expensive one because all the inexpensive ones and the ones my insurance covers are bad for you. I have wasted so much money on these people. Trust me, if you want a good dental experience and not taken advatage of, you will stay away from this place!

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Had a change in my insurance and could not see my "normal" dentist. They told me I needed to see a specialist in Anaheim. He recommended that I have surgery for a grand total of over $10,000.00 I went and saw another dentist (actually 3 others) who laughed and told me that they were only trying to extract money from me! I tried to call and speak to their Dentists, who refused to return my 6 calls. I reported them to the insurance company and the State Dental board. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Horrible for high school students. The orthodontist is only available in the morning and early afternoons on weekdays only. If your child needs braces, go somewhere else! My sons missed a lot of class and half the time, the appointments started 15 min after what we scheduled and wasted most of the day. Really caused me a lot of stress....

DONT GO!! If there was negative stars I would. They totally tried to RIP OFF my husband first by saying trying to do unnecessary work (got second exam at another dentist) then by saying his insurance only covered $2000 instead of the $3000 it did!!!

My wife had her wisdom teeth removed and had nerve damage. She cant feel her bottom lip anymore. Screw this place.
