Dr. Gary Hiedner owned this practice a few years back and when he sold it to Dr. Shooban, his ledgers were a mess. Town Square Dental has charged us twice for services received and paid for. We have requested for the past two and a half years billing statements going back to 2009 & 2010. We just received the statements that magically were never available to us before and there is no way we can dispute what has been left out and/or fabricated. My husband and I have worked very hard over the years to have outstanding credit and now this business is attempting to ruin all of our hard work by sending us to a collection agency. Be very diligent in getting receipts and statements each visit for services paid in full.

Dr shaaban takes his time explaining procedures and preventative measures. He is sympathetic to fears and talks you through the work he is doing. I didnt visit a dentist for 20 years due to a bad experience with a dentist. I have absolutely no fear going to Dr shaaban and would refer him to everyone. My grandson had an accident at school and I told my daughter to take him here. He now asks if he can go see the nice dentist. I have never experienced any of the billing problems people are complaining about. The person in charge of the billing has always explained what the charges are and what my insurance will pay before work is performed.

Ever since the practice was sold it has gone down hill. I was given a price for my procedures and after I paid that off I got a new invoice for an additional $575 because they told me the price I originally got was just an estimate from the insurance company. After paying over $700 they wanted to add on $575. Then my boyfriend received a statement shortly after saying he owed money from last year over $500 - Just terrible! NEVER going back and now our credit is ruined because of this. He bought a practice and started charging for past services!!!

Having worked in healthcare now for over 23 years and personally knowing 100s of dentist in the Orange County area I confidently and highly recommend Dr. Shady Shaaban. He is well versed and knowledgeable in many areas of dentistry and therefore can handle most ALL dental needs. This being one of the many reasons he has become OUR family dentist. Much much thanks Dr. Shaaban and of course the nice staff, assistants...!

Ive been to differnet dentists, as I had to move between different States. However, Dr Shabaan is very informative and very patient with explaining any procedure. My wife and I always have that fear of pain that could be associated with a dentist visit but Dr Shaaban was very compassionate and I didnt feel the shot or any pain.. Great Doctor!!

Its very friendly atmosphere. It was my first visit I was waiting in the waiting area and the dentist came out and introduced himself. He gets to know his patients and the hygentist Chris very nice explains everything as well as the dentist. Gabby the receptionist very friendly and helpful. Great first experience and Im positive not my last.

Dr. Shabaan is an excellent skilled dentist. He is quite professional in explaining what he will do and makes one feel very comfortable. My daughters experience there is amazing and she doesnt get scared at all. I recommend Dr. Shabaan basically because he is the best dentist I know.

Staff is friendly BUT they were going to charge me over 1,000 dollars! I asked for my treatment plan and got a second opinion elsewhere and they found that all the work that was "needed" at this dentistry was not true. I am getting my cavity fixed for $85 with another dentist.
