Let me start by explaining that the only reason I found myself in Dr. Meyers office was due to a change in my dental insurance. I had read his online reviews, both good and bad, but was a bit apprehensive since I both like and trust my previous dentist. The front office staff was polite upon entering but not particularly welcoming. The hygienist was nice but spent most of the time trying to talk me into coming in for more frequent cleanings which arent covered by my insurance. Dr. Meyer was also pleasant but didnt spend very much time getting to know me or my history. He immediately wanted me to see his in-house periodontist for a possible gum graft (also not covered by my insurance). I tried to tell him that my previous dentist had been monitoring the gum loss but hadnt seem particularly concerned at my last visit. Since Ive had other procedures done based on her referrals, I tend to trust her sense of timing. However, Dr. Meyer made me feel as if it was a pressing issue that needed to be addressed very quickly. I would say that we spent less than five minutes on my entire forty year oral care history which ended in me needing extensive and expensive gum graft work but other than that Im "perfect". I even left with a prescription for toothpaste. Apparently my dry mouth is so chronic that I need prescription toothpaste? I called to verify that my current benefits will not cover the procedures that Dr. Meyer suggested I would need and followed up with his office. When I told the receptionist, her response was simply that shed make a note in my chart. Not offer to discuss fees or a payment plan which I would expect if the work was truly medically necessary and the office was concerned about my health over fees. My apprehension after reading Dr. Meyers other reviews was well-founded. I felt like I was in one long sales pitch with no way of knowing what procedures are really necessary or within what sort of time frame Id need to have them done. Ive decided that its worth the extra money to be able to see my previous dentist, Dr. Maria Sison-Rosario, as she takes the time to discuss each procedure in detail, the pros and cons, and her office is more than willing to work with you on payments if the procedure is medically necessary.

Dr. Meyer and his staff are professional, friendly, and welcoming. His office is clean and inviting. They have taken good care of me for several years, including when I was pregnant. Dr. Meyer was able to treat a recurring cavity and a cavity on the neighboring tooth without having to have a root canal done. The first time my crowns were placed, one did not fit correctly. I had no issues having the crown redone, and now everything is great. He has always been very up front about my options and has never been pushy with his recommendations. I highly recommend you give him a try!

My experience was very positive until 5 hours after my appointment I had my temporary fall off and was pain...... the good news is that I was able to get in and have it attended to before the office closed. I have recommended this office to several family members and friends as I truly am impressed with the chair side manner of all the staff and the appearance of the office. Before changing to this Dental office after 20 years with my past dentist, I went to many offices and would not stay! I appreciate the techy way of reminders and the follow-up. Thank you

I have been a client of Dr. Meyer for over 20 years. Over the years his office and his staff got bigger...but something stays the same: Dr. Meyer and his staff are very knowledgeable and so friendly. Dr. Meyer has been my dentist since 2001 and Ive been very satisfied with his services. I drive approx 50 miles round trip to see Dr. Meyer. He is very proactive with my dental care, which is very important to me, and is a highly skilled dentist. He and his staff are very professional and courteous. His office space is clean and the environment is light, pleasant & relaxing. I highly recommend any new patients to Dr. Meyer!

If going to the dentist can be referred to as "pleasant", my experience at Dr. Meyers office was certainly that. I did not have to wait more than a couple of minutes before I was called in. Once inside, the service went on very smoothly, the attendants were very courteous, friendly and professional, Dr. Meyer was outstanding, and the experience was all together enjoyable.

Highly professional, friendly, sparkling clean atmosphere. I have never waited for more than five minutes to be taken from the waiting room. Everyone there greets me by name. Dr. Meyer is very concerned that you are comfortable, warm and well taken care of. Im not a fan of dental visits, but Dr. Meyer makes it so much less painful of an experience.

I ve been going to Dr. Meyers office for 10-11 years now. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. His staff (Mindy, Nicole, etc. are the same). The office is always clean and sterile, with relaxing views out of the windows. I am very pleased with, and will continue to receive, my dental care from Dr. Meyer and his staff.

Marie- I drive from L.A county all the way to Fullerton to be treated by Dr. Eric Meyer. Nowhere else i was able to find such a clean practice, professional team employees as well as calm soothing environment that feels like being in a SPA. Dr. Meyer is extremely conscientious, meticulous and professional. WHAT ELSE CAN I ASK FOR???

Dr. Meyer has a modern dental facility supported by an excellent staff. One can always depend on receiving high quality service. They are usually able to make quick appointments to take care of emergency needs. This is the best place to go if you have a fear of dentists and dental procedures, and the only place my wife will go.

Always calm, professional and prompt. The staff is very good at what they do, making my dental visits a welcome "spa escape" from the kids for an hour or so, rather than an unpleasant chore. I always get in at my appointment time. The hygienist are great. They have great technology. They spotted a possible cavity a year ago and took pictures at my last couple of check ups. They showed me the detailed progression to help me understand the changes and need to fix it.
