***Do not go here*** Our initial visit was ok except for the fact that the front office spoke only in Spanish to me and continued to ask me for my Medi-cal card. My initial call I provided them with my insurance information and had them run benefits and eligibility and ensured they were in network. Office staff in the front desk are completely incompetent. Lupe could not even answer a question correctly. Unfortunately my son got an infection from a filling the dentist had done so I had to back as an emergency, that’s when their incompetence became apparent. Dental services were provided however I had to pay out of pocket for a root canal and a crown, I found it odd but my son was in pain and I had to pay. (I found it odd so I contacted my insurance company they confirmed they were not in network.) What Lupe or the front office staff failed to see is that, everyone accepts PPO pretty much, however, the front desk staff doesn’t know the difference with in network and out of network and it matters! Office staff thought they were in network but they aren’t, they took no responsibility for a mistake they made. Not once, not twice but good for them they did get it right the 3rd time and concluded they were not an in network provider, much as I had suggested to them. I asked for the dentist to call me back and sure enough he couldn’t instead the same person, Lupe calls me back, which I had already spoken to her. (Lupe insisted she gave me a discount on our last visit, so it should pretty much even out) I would have liked to inform the dentist personally how I was financially responsible for his staff’s mistake to ensure it wouldn’t happen to someone else. Do not go here if you have any questions regarding benefits. Find another place. Too bad the dentist has a lousy front office staff. I would have definitely gone back.

Horrible las asistentes no tratan con respeto en especial la que atendio a mi niña y luego disen que nesecitan coronas pero que el medical no aprueba todas es porque no las nesecitan y te dan cita a una hora y tardan mas de una hora y media para pasarte mas el tiempo que te hasen esperar adentro la verdad tube una muy mala experiencia y mis hijas solo las lleve una vez y me dijeron que ya no querian ir ai otra vez que las llevara al mismo donde siempre las e llebado pero llo las lleve ai porque estaba mas serca para mi pero aunque balla mas lejos las prefiero llevar al mismo de siempre y cuidado cuando les digan que sus hijos nesecitan coronas no son obligatorias si usted no quiere no se las ponen lla que para ellos es incomodo cuando comen algo frio por el metal lo digo por los niños mas chicos ya que ellos mudan de dientes y se les caen.

Add me to Dr. Patels list of satisfied patients! Dr. Patels office is immaculately clean and uber high tech. You get to view your x-rays in real time as it is computer based and can watch tv as your teeth are cleaned. This sure beats the old school dentist i used to see. Dr. Patels chair side manner is fantastic. He is chipper and does not take things too seriously. He also takes the time to explain everything in the x-rays and the in mouth photos that are taken. .....and he does not use fancy medical jargon and explains everything in laymans terms. kudos! Dr. Patel is meticulous and the cleaning I received last week left my teeth squeeky clean! Great visit, I shall return!

The ladies in the front office are terrible.. Especially a lady call Fanny.. I dont apperciate how she talks to the customer..If you have a small child and you are doing a teeth cleaning.. Dont do it! Its a ripoff..they dont do nothing...
