THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! My 50 year old father went here because he is an older Hispanic and came here only because of the name. He thought that because this brand of dental offices was popular that they in turn should be great. Well my father was about to find out how incorrect this notion was. He went there for a routine check up and they recommended he get some fillings and a deep cleaning. Well he got the basic stuff done that same day in August of 2012. Later that month he went in for the deep cleaning and thats when the nightmare happened. Prior to coming here, his dental hygiene was quite good and nothing really hurt. After the deep cleaning however he was left with painful sensitivity. That is okay however. "Sensitivity is normal", the staff there told him. They mentioned to him it would go away and so my father exited the offices. Almost a MONTH later and the pain was there still. He went in and fearing an infection he pleaded for a followup but was told NO! The staff there told him it was impossible to get an infection from such a routine check up & they sent him on his way. My pop is resilient and went there again, and again he was refused service. How horrible is that! After sitting down and talking to us we were shocked because we hadnt heard of this. I quickly referred him to Bright Smile just down the street and they quickly told him the area around his 31st molar was RIDICULOUSLY infected. It was so infected they couldnt save it. This place is awesome (Bright Smile on McFadden and Harbor) and got him as fixed up with antibiotics and pain meds. as possible & that was the end of that. Please do not come here. Save yourself some trouble and avoid bad dentists and nightmareish events like those my dad endured. He would have written this review but hes not tech savvy. I hope this story reaches someone though. Thanks.

I had braces, my treatment started two years ago,and I will have my braces removed this week. Im very sorry I came here because I dont like the position of my teeth it doesnt feel right, and when I point out the problem or what is uncomfortable and painful the doctor say that theres nothing else he can do, but doesnt explain why, and he left me with a gap right in the front that was not there before and when I asked him if he could close it for me , he strictly said that he doesnt wanted to do so. I was so angry and frustrated because with all that I dont like he is going to remove the braces, I tried to talk with the staff members of this office and also the manager and they treated me badly saying that they will not make changes in my treatment just because I want them to. So I went somewhere else for a second opinion. And what they told me is that Im not ready to have the braces removed because there is still work to do. And I knew it. So I talked with them again but they dont care. To them they did what they supposed to do. And if I dont like it Ill have to go somewhere else and pay again to start the treatment all over again . Im really disappointed at western dental they cannot be trusted.The doctor is a jerk he doesnt look at my face ,he is rude, he doesnt explain or answer questions in a nice way, he doesnt have much patience, he work quickly or sometime just have a look and tell his assistant what to do just so he can go to the next patient, and thats why he doesnt listen or answer questions, and when he does answer my question is yes or no with no explanation because he doesnt put much attention to what he is doing or sometimes none at all.

Mi experiencia fue lo peor de mi vida la doctora que realizo mi tratamiento lo hizo todo mal heche ademas de poner doble anestecia en mis dientes frontales por no atenderme atiempo despues de poner la primera anestecia por ir de un lado a otro conmigo y con otros pacientes puso la anestecia y despues de mas de una hora regreso y la anestecia se habia quitado por completo tubo que poner de nuevo y desde entonses todo el tiempo tengo dolor sensibilidad y inchazon es un martirio y todavia quieren que pague 5000 dolares mas por arreglar algo que ellos provocaron deveria de demandarlos por poco profecionales me gustaria hicieran algo por resolver mi problema que ellos mismos provocaron sin querer cobrar mas porque estoy en peores condiciones que cuando fui por primera vez decearia jamas aver hido ahi

My sister and her 2 kids went to this Western Dental. Her youngest is 8 and her oldest is 14. They refused my sister from going back to the room to calm her kids down from being scared because they have real bad anxiety. They kept knocking the oldest one calling her a baby because they pulled her baby tooth WITHOUT her being numb in the mouth. They never gave her a shot only a little bit of gel and they lady didnt even wait more than 1 or 2 mins and they asked her if she was numb yet and they went and pulled it without even her being able to reply saying no. She cried like any normal person would and bleed and they said there it wasnt so bad was it. My sister was so mad at this place that she went off on them and told them that she would never bring her kids there never again. This was the year of 2014. So please parents be warned that you CAN NOT go back there with your kids or anything. They also had the nerve to knock my sister saying that she was babying her kids to much. Terrible very terrible!!!

Horrible! I have gone here plenty of times only because it has been a custom for my family to come here. Every time I go there to get my teeth cleaned up, the doc says "if ir hurts raise your hand and ill stop and give you some time" and when I would she would just keep going and tell me to wait! And I couldnt help but move because of the pain and she would get mad and say "just raise you hand, dont twitch" and I raise my hand and nothing. She kept hurting me! I also got my braces there. I recently got them taken off and I was left completely unsatisfied. My teeth are not alined as they should be. And they are not even straight. The doctor told me the only solution was for me was to get surgery! That he could do absolutely nothing about it. My teeth were not even as bad before braces. Only the two front teeth and I have had friends with really bad teeth and now their teeth look completely straight and beautiful. Mine are still bad!!! Its horrible there!

I regret taking my Daughter there .. The Doctor is such a jerk .. He wont even look at me when i ask him a question hevwas so rud to me and to my Daughter...saying she want washing her teeth correctly because her gums wore bleeding.. I was shocked cause my Daughter do wash her mouth every day.. So when we got home i ask my Daughter to show me her gum and her gum was indeed bleeding but because the assistant brush so hard her gum that a little piece came out!!! Thats why she was bleeding.. I got so upset and call the office to report that issue and they just not believe what i was telling them.. So theres nothing i can do i have a agreement and is do till next year.. I just regret taking her there .. I went because i thought they wore the best and NO just the Name.. $4000 dlls not well spended
