It is hard to express my appreciation for everyone at Home Instead Senior Care. I found myself urgently in need of home care for my loved one. I called Home Instead and explained my needs to Diane and she and Eric went out of their way to match me right away with an absolutely wonderful care giver. Even though this was going to be a 6 week assignment, my care giver provided exceptional and compassionate support for all of my loved ones needs and even shared her expertise with me, so that I could provide better care when her 6 weeks were over. My family member was in excellent hands and this relieved a great deal of stress and concern for my entire family. Their time-keeping and billing systems are easy, efficient, and accurate; and I believe they are fairly priced. Moving forward, when I need respite support I will absolutely call Home Instead. It is without hesitation that I recommend Home Instead for any home care needs.

I highly recommend Home Instead. My elderly mother needed 24/7 care in her home and we were very happy with their three excellent caregivers who watched over and cared for her in a kind and professional way. They told me that Home Instead offers them ongoing training to maintain their skills and to learn no ideas and techniques for working with dementia clients. I really like that. Both Diane and Eric were consistently helpful with scheduling and addressing our concerns. This is a very difficult situation for everyone--mom or dad and the family that wants the best for them in these waning years of their life. We found that Home Instead were able partners on this journey.

I am Power of Attorney for a 92-year old woman with dementia, difficulty walking, and unable to negotiate the stairs in her home. I contacted Home Instead in Culver City who evaluated the situation and sent three caregivers. All were high quality, experienced caregivers who always knew what to do and always showed up on time. Both the caregivers and the owners of the agency (Eric and Diane) were responsive to my needs and acted professionally at all times. I recommend Home Instead in Culver City!
