Good luck getting the on call person to call you back after hours. When my doctor faxed the order I called to verify it had been received I was told by Diana yes, but "the person that handles that is not here today." Really? Will they be in tomorrow? I guess, Im not sure." I called again, spoke to JoAnna. I explained the urgency of my situation and was told told Marcos was the person I needed to speak to in order to expedite. He never called back. Numerous messages for the on call person to respond were ignored. I know this company does not conduct business this way. This staff needs to be retrained and the on call responder held accountable to return patient messages. Hopefully Mason, the owner, will read this.

John Mason who owns this BrightstarCare(its a franchise) was so lovely to work with. My mom was having trouble remembering things but shes otherwise in good shape and desperately wanted to stay in her house, but needed some extra help a few days a week. John came out with an RN to do an evaluation.. They answered all our questions and figured out the perfect caregiver to send. My mom has been so happy with the lady John sent. Shes so patient, and just there for my mom when i cant be.

This company believes in overdosing their patients with sleeping pills so their 24 hour caregivers can get some sleep, they dont have any ethics what so ever and they want their caregivers to lie to their clients. dont ever consider this company, please for the sake of your loved ones.
