We contacted Around the Clock Home Services when it became apparent that my mother needed 24/7 care in her home. Rhonda, our representative, who came to meet with my mother and me won us over immediately. She interviewed us in a caring and respectful manner to determine our needs and the appropriate staff to place in our home. The caregivers she introduced and placed with us were exceptional and well suited to the task of caring for a 98 year old woman. They provided all the services necessary for our mother to stay in her home, including cooking, cleaning, bathing, dressing, and companionship. They continued to show their care and support to her and the entire family at the end of her life, when she was put into Hospice care at home. I appreciate the individualized care my brother receives from the caregivers. They encourage him to stay active, keep him on schedule with meals, and get him out of the house for short outings, things he isnt able or inclined to do on his own. Just having someone there to converse with is a bonus in that it helps him stay sharp. Additionally, they have saved me lots of time by helping with shopping and prescription pick-ups

I was in awe the way Rhonda was so patient with my mom, answering same questions over and over that had nothing to do with why Rhonda was there. Mom was very resistant to having someone in her home,Rhonda seems to have made mom feel a little better about it.. Unfortunately mom passed before we were able to get her help at home If Rhonda is any indication of how this home health care company is, I think they are awesome...

My boss gina is the best she keeps up with my paper work and always works hard at keeping me informed on whats best for out clients.
