Healthcare Pros is an is an outstanding company to work with. I never really knew or heard about them but one of my friends referred me and I am glad she did. They are very upfront about things such as your contract and pay, they tend to work with you, and they definitely try to accommodate your needs when it comes to housing, if you are a traveling nurse. If I am stuck or have a question while at work or prior to starting, they are great about answering the phone or getting back to me in a timely manner. I also love this company because even when I wasnt prepared to work in certain type of environments like county hospitals, they were very encouraging and to be honest I grew from my experience with working in that environment. If you dont challenge yourself you will never know what you are capable of but also you do not know your strengths/weaknesses. I am very excited to continue working with them and I wish the best of luck to anyone who works with them, try them out.

I WILL BE STARTING A NEW JOB ASSIGNMENT IN JANUARY 2016 THANKS TO THE MANY PROFESSIONALS AT HEALTHCARE PROS. THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO WORK AT THIS AGENCY CARE ABOUT THIER NURSES AND INSURE THAT OUR NEEDS ARE MEET, AS WELL AS THE HOSPITAL ASSIGNMENT. I FELL ILL AND COULD NOT START ON THE ORIGINAL START DATE, AND THE STAFF AT HEALTHCARE PROS WAS BEHIND ME 110%, AND COLLABORATED WITH THE HOSPITAL IN REGARDS TO MY ILLNESS. THE OUTCOME WAS AMAZING. I STILL HAVE THE ASSIGNMENT JUST ON A DIFFERENT START DATE. HEALTHCARE PROS HAS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME AND I HAVE NOT STARTED WORK YET. Ive been a Travel Nurse for the last 8 years. Been with Healthcare Pros for the last year and heres why there one of the best...Great telephone etiquette, honest, professional and when it comes to top contracts they deliver with great pay packages and quick responses. My recruiter Eric is great! Hes personable always by the phone with same day call backs or emails. No sourpuss voices when I call...everyone always sounds happy to help from payroll to compliance dept. its always been smooth sailing!! Thanks Guys!!!

This agency does not have the best interest of there traveling clients in mind whatsoever. They give very little attention or care to those who they employ. It appears that Health Care Pros Inc. practices little business integrity including on-time payment, and proper communication. I was very displeased with the support, I highly recommend searching elsewhere.
