Just disappointing on how things were handled unprofessionally with this company. At first the girls were really nice & responsive, but during the patient/home evaluation I noticed Alyssa, at times, seemed like she didnt know what she was doing or spaced out. It says something when the patient, herself (with mental health issues), picked up on the same vibe. Then as I was reviewing the paperwork that she handed to us I noticed the contracts were left blank. So I called & spoke to Tammy, who was the one weve been communicating with often & also responsive. She apologized greatly & explained that Autumn is the one who usually does the patient/home evaluations but she was on vacation so Alyssa filled in. The contracts were supposed to be filled in before they were handed to us. So she said she would fill in the information & will send it via email. Even though I wish we had someone that knew what they were doing, I was grateful Tammy took over, until....I received the forms. The information she entered was almost entirely wrong, some areas still left incomplete. I realized there was little to no communication between Alyssa & Tammy regarding our needs. They didnt even get the patients name correctly. So I sent an email informing Tammy of the mistakes made. This is what shocked me most of all, she said that I could fill in the correct info then SHE will initial the changes. What a sloppy, disorganized, unprofessional mess! Really!? Who on earth fills out the companys contracts themselves!? We asked kindly to please revise the contract with the corrections then the patient will sign it accordingly. No response. We waited a few days then I sent a kind reminder, still no response to this day. Its been 8 days today. Obviously, we are relieved these red flags popped up before we signed or paid anything & we did end up finding someone that helped the family in the past. Phew!
