Dear Nightingale owners and staff- This note is to say thank you. In late May I contacted the agency about possible help with my dad. My mom and his wife of 48 years passed away May 12. My brother and I moved dad in with us in Phoenix. We were completely overwhelmed. We both work full time but we wanted to make sure dad had the care he needed. From the first phone call, we were treated so kindly. The thoughtful nurses helped us get in home health aid, physical therapy, nurse care and occupational therapy. Every single person who has come to our home to help has been so kind, professional and lovely to be around. They all have been great at working with our schedules and the ADA issues in our historic home. Each time a new person or process came into our home, it made me, my brother and Dad all feel so thankful and relieved. You all have truly helped me and my very small family deal with a difficult time with such grace and compassion. I cant thank you all enough! Special thanks to Claudia, Sarah, Gabrielle, Terry, Previn, and the folks in the front office and scheduling. I will highly recommend this wonderful agency to friends anytime home care is needed. From my family to yours, thank you for everything!!

My father was recently diagnosed with a terminal illness. Nightengale came very highly recommended by several qualified health professionals. From the minute I called them they understood what our needs were and how to help. We had all levels of caregivers out to care for Dad and help support his condition. As he became weaker we required more assistance and more skilled care. We have had nursing assistants, registered nurses and even therapists out to help my father during his final months. Living part of the year out of state, it is a huge relief to have quality professionals take care of all the details and to know before we know what his care will require. Nightengale has been a blessing for sure.

I was reluctant to leave my wife with anyone, I thought I was the only one that could understand what my wife with moderate Alzheimers needed. I didn`t realize that if I was to deal with this condition, I would have to get some time off to refresh my energy. Once I turned some of my wife`s care to Nightingale Homecare I found that they provided loving, caring and sensitive caretakers that my wife could really enjoy. I have been very pleased with the service I have always had with the aids from Nightingale. They are cheerful and attentive, helping with preparing my breakfast and lunch, giving me my showers, keeping up the laundry and light housework and taking me grocery shopping and to doctor appointments. I truly do not know how I could have managed these past eight years without their company and help. They even water my flowers!

This is the 2nd time we have used Nightingale Homecare for PT services. Our therapist Wendy was so good the first time we requested her for therapy services again. She was professional, timely, and very knowledgeable. The intake staff person was also very timely showing up in our hospital room to make sure therapy would start the next day at home.
