Multicare Home Health is the most unorganized, disrespectful, cluster of a company I have ever encountered. I feel for anyone working for this home health care crock of crap company. I dont even work for them and I just want to throat punch someone. I love how they hold someones paycheck until they talk to three different people while they force a handicap person to sit in a car freezing. No warning, no compromise, no compassion and no professional courtesy. As being a client of this company we have not been so disrespected in our life time as we were with this company, Found out that we are not the only ones that have had issues with company over 75% of the clients have switched companies.Would not ever RECOMMENDED this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!! Had to rate in order to post I would not even give the, a 1 star rating defiantly a negative 10

My father fell and broke his hip. I had to bring him from Moscow and Multicare took incredible care of him. Ben and Will the physical therapist were patient and very kind to him. They explained things several times so he would understand. Elisa and her co worker were a great help in getting my house so it was really slip proof and convenient for him to get around. He says hes coming for a new hip this spring and wants the same people again really enjoyed them.

We choose MultiCare after hearing an ad on a local radio station. I was about to have my 2nd back surgery and as a mom with young kids and no family around we made the decision to hire a company to help while I was recovering. They are an easy company to work with and so far (4 weeks into it) everything has worked out fantastically. We are glad we went with MultiCare and would highly recommend them.
