Usually I dont have any problems with this place, however today a mistake was made by their scheduler who I set up both mine and my husbands appointments with. She and I scheduled my husband for 12/01 because he could not come at the same time as my appointment on 12/08, but when my husband and I showed up for his appointment on 12/01, the scheduler had actually scheduled him for 12/08 anyway, the same day I was scheduled to be seen. This was something I had specifically said I didnt want to do because I wanted to go to my husbands appointment and if it was scheduled for their only available time on the 8th which was 11:15a, it would have been a waste of time for me to go at 11:15a to his appointment and then have to find something to do for an hour or two before having to come right back for my appointment at 2:15p. So it is clear that what happened was the scheduler had 12/08 still open on her calendar from making my appointment and then when she scheduled my husband in, rather than putting him in on the 1st like she had told me, she must have put his appointment in on the 8th. I know that mistakes can be made, but what really upsets me is when people dont take responsibility for their mistakes. My husband took off from work and I took time out of my day to come to an appointment that was incorrectly scheduled. The least that could happen would be an apology, not a defensive stance the scheduler took instead.

I dont like being negative, however I feel it is important for our community to know what my experience was like at Cascade Health Solutions. I injured my back and was sent to this facility. I was assigned to Yuni Park. She treated me so poorly, on my initial visit, I was in so much pain from a back injury. She came off as very impatient, she rolled her eyes as I talked. She told me she wasnt going to prescribe pain medicine because the pain medicine wouldnt get rid of the pain altogether, and so therefore it made no sense to prescribe any. I didnt complain, I went and took the MRI and it came back that I had herniated a disk 10mm. She told me after the MRI results came back that it was equivalent to a sprained ankle. She tried sending me back to work when I was still in much pain. Finally after 3 months Im able to go back to work, and Ill never take my health for granted again. As for anyone out there, this facility is awesome, the front counter ladies are so genuinely kind, and considerate. The triage nurses are super friendly and professional. All in all its a great place to get care from, but Dr. Yuni Park, I dont think she treats all her customers the same way. I hope this review finds her, and lets her see that its important to treat everyone the same, with dignity, care, and respect. I hope she takes her job, and her customers more seriously, and sincerely.

My significant other burnt his hand pretty bad at work a week ago. We went to the emergency room and they gave us some stuff and told us to follow up with cascade health in a couple days. The injury happened on a Saturday so we called them on Monday to make an appointment and they couldnt get him in for another week. So it came time for his appointment and he gets there and they are busy, he waited in line for 10-15 minutes which made him late. The receptionist told him she would ask the doctor if he would still be able to see my S.O and comes back saying that the doctor refuses to see him because he was late and that he will have to reschedule, so now he has to wait until next Monday which will be 2 weeks since the incident and his burns havent gotten much better. Im saying screw this place Ill find somewhere else to take him.

Beware! do not use Cascade health solutions for your diabetes education! I made an appointment 3-4 weeks in advance to have my insulin pump set up last summer at Cascade, and when the day came to have it all set up they called me 15 MINUTES before my appointment and cancelled on me. when i asked if i could reschedule, they said that they wouldnt see me for almost 4 months. that obviousy wasnt going to work, so i hung up on them. come to find out the educator had a fit, and deemed me unfit to reschedule an appointment with them. ever. no harsh words or tones were exchanged, but still its almost a year later and i still dont have my pump set up. Just go to Peace Health or OHSU, these people are super unprofessional, have no idea what they are doing, and risking your health isnt worth it.

Cascade Health Solutions Hospice team is PHENOMENAL! Both of my parents were under the care of Cascade Hospice recently. The medical attention, care and compassion they received was wonderful. The training and support that our family and other caregivers received was invaluable. I dont know how we could have managed without help from Cascade Health Solutions Hospice Team. They truly made a difference in my parents care and comfort at the end of their lives. I am in awe of the people who do this kind of difficult work-and Cascade personnel always came with a smile, patience and love. I will be forever grateful. Thank you everyone! Molly Morris

Some staff are unprofessional. They visited with each other for 15 minutes discussing personal stuff while we waited in line. This gave us the impression that they did not care about us. Also made my wife feel very uncomfortable when she asked some simple questions, like were put out and inconvenienced by her questions.. She left the facility in tears after getting her TB test. Not a pleasant experience. The staff at Cascade Health Solutions can do better.

Had a self payed CDL physical at 10:20, arrived 10 minutes early. At 10:30, they called for people with appointments after me. I know this because I knew two of the guys. They were under Comp Insurance. Then more people get called in before me. So, I waited until 11:00 and called it good enough. Obviously, they want the Comp Insurance more than my little $115 for a CDL physical. This place is a joke, the Walmart of medical services.

A professional facility that treats responsible people. That means show up 30 minutes before your appointment. That way all of the the initial paperwork and "waiting in line" can be completed before the start time for the appointment. The staff are well trained, professional, and are passionate about helping people. I can tell that from just my first visit. I will update this review as my experience progresses.

I asked to schedule next available appointment. Response: can you come in now? Okay, upon arrival, 15 minutes standing in line. I said Im not able to stay more than 20 minutes. Told only 2 patients ahead, but waiting room full. Total wait: 90 minutes.

so everything was pretty fast for a drug screen but my question is why the hell there is a long mirror above the toilet kinda strange i mean i dont wanna sound paranoid but in my opinion thats kinda weird hope it aint like a two way mirror ya know.
