Jeff and Chloe Guo are superb. Im bedridden so I need a daily caregiver. I tried 2 other agencies and they are the best, hands down. Not only are their caregivers excellent, what sets Interim apart is the effort they put into making sure that I always have someone each day. Caregivers have lives outside of when they are working for me. And occasionally I have a caregiver who cant make it for some reason or another. Jeff has never let me down in making sure I have someone. They also come over and introduce any new caregiver even if they are here for only one day. It may appear that all agencies are the same, but thats just not true. Ive been left in the lurch by other agencies but never by Interim. Oh and you may think itd be cheaper to just hire someone directly and thats what I used to do. But my very nice caregiver slipped and fell on our tile floor. She was OK but the Workmans Comp would have killed us. So its better and safer to go through Interim Highly recommended

Chloe and her husband responded very quickly when I needed some help after knee surgery. They came to my home, did a safety check, and we made plans for the help I needed for the following week. After they left, my husband said "What a nice couple!" They sent a very pleasant woman to help me for the days I needed. She was a good fit for me. I would certainly call Interim if I need care again in the future.
