This is by far the worst home care service that I have ever experienced. It starts with their overall demeanor. The only person that seems to like their job at the establishment is the receptionist. Everyone else seems upset or disgusted that they have to interact with you. The event that finally made me cancel service with them happened today, 3/26/2013. I was told in the initial visit that they would have a certain person permanently assigned to my house. They did acknowledge that the first few times might change because of trying to find the right fit. The first 2 visits were the only times that I had the same person come out to my house. They told me and the home agent that she was going to be our permanent person. Come the 3rd, 4th, and 5th visit, their was always someone new. A couple of times they left voice mails telling me that the original person was now longer able to be our permanent person, but that whatever new person they were sending would be. When the new person would arrive they always said they were just a sub and that they would not be the permanent person. In my case, I am trusting this company to come into my house and take care of my 82yo grandmother when I am at work. It is no easy to just trust someone with complete access to your entire house. I kept taking off work to be here to meet the new person. On the 4th visit they did a NO CALL NO SHOW. Did not even call to let us know that they were not coming out. When I call them they said very insincerely, "sorry, human error." On the 6th visit I got a call from the scheduling department stating that they found us a new permanent person to come out but she wont be able to come out this next time, or the following time and that she cant come on Mondays and to be expecting a sub (another new sub at that). Besides having new random people in my house over and over again, it is hard for my grandmother to connect with a home agent. Especially when they will be seeing her naked and bathing her every visit. I was speaking with CARL in scheduling (awful person to have to talk to. He talks to you like he is aggravated that you are calling) when I asked to talk to Mary (who said if I have any problems to call her directly). He said, "She is not here." I said "When will she be in?" He said, "I dont know." After having to talk to him like he was an 8 yr old, I demanded to talk to a supervisor. He said he was transferring me over to JUANITA "the boss boss." I thought great, someone I can get some honest information from. Turns out she is 10Xs more arrogant and rude then Carl was. When she first answered I could tell I was on speaker phone because of the echo and noise in the background. I asked her to take me off of speaker and she said, "I have 5 things going on and no one is in my office, how can I help you?" So I asked, "So your not going to take me off speaker phone?" She said that she did not want to get a kink in her neck from multitasking. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? After arguing with her for a good minute I told her that I do not want anyone from her company coming out to my house ever again, and I hung up the phone. 5 minutes later she calls me back and says that she has cancelled services. I asked her what her bosses name was so that I could file a complaint. She said, "He will just give the complaint to me so it wont matter." I said, "Even if the complaint is about you?" She said, "Yup, sorry, have a good day." WOW. This is suppose to be a business of care and compassion. I HIGHLY recommend choosing another home care service. If the CEO Michael Clausel has any dignity whatsoever he will call and apologize for the people he has chosen to run his facility.

this place overworks their caregivers until they can no longer perform their duties with efficiency. i worked there at one point and when i asked for a specific permanent day off they refused to give it to me, i worked 6 days a week and sometimes they would call and ask me to work on my day off. when i told them i would quit if they didnt give me the day off i wanted the woman whined and complained that if i quit she has to hire 2 new people to take my place. I was apparently doing the work of TWO people. this is a horrible company. i highly recommend going elsewhere as a caregiver for work and as a client for services.
