My mind goes blank on the year my dear grandmother had to finally go to Hospice Care. I know it was in October, possibly 2 years ago. Edna May Goulter Lidin was the GRAND MATRIARCH of the family, so we were there as often as possible. She was 103. Born May 12th, 1910. A very Victorian Lady. My Grandmother was treated with the up most dignity, and the staff constantly made sure she was comfortable, and attended to her needs. I have nothing to say except THANK YOU ALL! Even though she was 103, you all made it easier for the family and for that Victorian Woman. Even through the insurance things......etc. You all were there. I felt so safe, and not lost in your facility.

Iam currently using this business and I have had fairly good luck with placements. The aids I have now are the only reason Iam still with this company! The office and administrate ion as well as scheduling is frustrating at best! I signed with people who are no longer in the same positions and now have a list of complaints a mile long with the people who have replaced them. They have never been to my home or met the person they are caring for yet they continue to bad mouth, will not listen, and overall make staying with them a challenge!!! Try somewhere else before you settle here!

I would not let these people take care of a dog. They sent a nurse to my mothers house after a total hip replacement. My sister kept telling the nurse that the incision did not look good and the nurse would not listen. So the outcome was a ambulance ride to the ER and a second surgery that could have been avoided if the nurse new how to do her job.

My mother-in-law was there before she passed. The staff, both administrative and the nurses were absolute Angels. Their care, patience, understanding and compassion was exactly what she needed to help her transition on her way to Heaven. Thank you everyone for the excellent care.

They were wonderful, not only to my brother, but the whole family.
